We had a very sudden furnace failure on a subzero day. Ben and Andrew handled the installation of our new furnace and AC unit and were extremely transparent about everything: pricing, timing, parts, etc. They even customized our furnace's filter slot for easy filter changes. They were friendly and left a perfectly clean space behind them when they left. Can't recommend highly enough.

This was Our first time having a furnace inspection.
We needed to get it done for something. We learned it should be a part of our yearly maintenance routine. We also learned what things to look for and information about our unit as well. Dan Stewart is easily one of the most knowledgeable plumber we have ever worked with, and we have worked with quite a few. Clear, no-nonsense explanations of what the situation was and how to solve it in the most efficient and effective way.
Plus, he dug through 2 feet of snow to get to a pipe clean-out. Top caliber, 100%.
