Everything about my experience with Roy’s is positive. The original estimator who came out, and the three man crew who did the job All highly professional. Did their work impeccably, as promised, no hidden charges or add-ons like with so many contractors, they cleaned up after they were done. Top-notch. Angelo, Joel and Kyle were the contractors and if I need more work at my house, I’m going to request that specific crew. A+.

I had a leaky faucet in the bathroom. Evan was my plumbing technician. He explained everything to me as to why this was happening. He then proceeded to let me know what was the best way to fix this issue. He also explained that the shut off under the counter was not working properly. He changed the faucet and replaced the 2 shut offs under the counter. Everything working properly now. Clean up completed. Before Evan did any work he explained and priced out all my options. Very through. Job completed very happy to have such a polite repair man that also respected my property. Thank you Roy’s Plumbing and Evan.

I woke up to a freezing house..thermostat reading 42°, the boiler cold & silent. I’ve used Roy’s in the past & from beginning to end everyone is always friendly and professional. From the woman who took the-initial call, caring enough to ask questions so she could schedule the technicians who had the expertise & experience working with older steam boilers. Mike & Gabriel diagnosed the problem,,replaced the part & had it up and running in no time at all. They were both , personable, professional, & knowledgeable.

The previous owners had Roy’s install the hot water heater. It finally died on Sunday and they came out the next day. Within 48 hours of coming home to water leaking out, we had a whole new setup! All the technicians were great to work with, very clean. Impressed with their install, price and warranty.

We had to make an emergency service call recently for a major clog in our plumbing that was causing a huge backup and water to come down from our second floor bathrooms, inside the walls, through our ceiling and vents, and ultimately down to our basement. Needless to say it was a mess and a very stressful situation. We were able to get a same day appointment and Josh B showed up. He was amazing. He was not only polite and friendly, and reassured us with his credentials and experience - but did a thorough job identifying and explaining the issue. He was able to get everything fixed for us, and all with a smile and friendly attitude, despite it being a challenging last call of the day on a Friday. I would never hesitate to call Roy’s again for any plumbing needs, and while I’m sure everyone there is great, I’d request Josh again with confidence.

The communication from the office personnel to the technicians was great. I loved that they send you a email with a picture of the technician coming and a little bio. Jeff was who we had come help. He was knowledgeable and personable he was able to fix our problem and we signed up for membership and before he left he said he would let the office know to set us up for a furnace check. He couldn't have been gone for more than 20 mins and we were already getting a call to set that appointment up. I am so glad we went with Roy's. We will definitely use them for any of our plumbing, heating and cooling needs. Nick came for the big job we needed and he was personable and knowledgeable. He explained the two projects being handled and everything was done quicker than expected and all is working well. Very pleased with the work that was completed.

My sump pump failed and my basement flooded with 2 inches of water. What did I do? I called Roy’s Plumbing Heating and Cooling. since it was an emergency, they sent a technician out to my home within 30 minutes of my call. The technician, Nick Fyvie was very courteous and put me at ease quickly by assuring me that he would resolve my issue. And did he ever! He showed me several options of sump pumps they had available, patiently answered my many questions and helped me to choose the one that would suit my needs best. Nick then began the installation process of the new sump pump and quickly had my basement clear of all the water. I can’t say enough about the excellent service I receive from Roy’s Plumbing Heating & Cooling. I would highly recommend Roy’s for any of your plumbing heating or cooling needs!

Roy’s did a wonderful job in repairing a valve in our combo water heater/boiler system. They came to our home the day we called for help. The service person was knowledgeable and explained everything. He also used some creativity to get the necessary new part sooner for us.

Great local company to work with. My electrician, Ray, was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. We both were initially stumped why my recently purchased house had the microwave light button trigger the overhead kitchen lights. He found an improperly connected neutral from an outlet upgrade (to usb) and some significant backfeeding. In about an hour all was corrected and explained to me. Ray also noticed that the main panel in my house is original (1971) and very full. He recommened some electrical work that is on my list of projects. His recommendation and attention to detail in my home will make Roy's my first call when I am ready for this project. I am trilled with the service provided. Thanks so much!

I was having major electrical issues- lights dimming, appliances not working, etc. I called Roy’s and Mike Murphy assessed the situation, informed me what needed to be done and helped me with financing (especially helpful a week before Christmas!) Angelo & Joel repaired everything with consideration and respect, kept me informed of what they were doing at all times and they didn’t mind my little pain in the ass dog following them around. They ensured all of my appliances were working and checked the electric in each room, even labeling the breaker box. I will definitely call them again!

I had my hot water tank replaced, sump pump replaced, a water pressure backup sump pump added to my system and a whole home Halo Ion filter also added to reduce scaling. The entire scope was completed as previously described to me by the estimator Shawn Miller. Nick Orcutt and Mike Hehir were the technicians who completed the work. They were professional, courteous and clean. Some slight modifications had to be made to the piping runs that were discussed prior to making the changes. There were no leaks, no damage, all removed equipment was taken away, no mess to clean up. Floor covering was put down, even on the basement stairs. They put on and removed foot coverings every time they entered or left the house. No change to any of the pricing as originally quoted. I had the completed paperwork by email before they left. Perfect job by Roy’s!

All the guys were courteous, polite, friendly.... knowledgeable....they took the time to answer any questions I had....each of these young men has earned 5 stars.....!!!! THANK YOU...!!!!

Roy's Plumbing did an excellent job on my sump pump discharge and bubbler system. I had a lot of water so it made the job a muddy mess, but for the time of year, it is to be expected. My sump pump has already slowed down on running. I would recommend Roy's Plumbing for your plumbing and sump pump needs.

Josh B. Did an excellent job today with an issue I have had for a few years. Pro chain cleaning was recommended, and it did the trick. Would suggest this method for stubborn clogs that develop in longer drain lines where a standard diameter snake doesn’t work.

Needed to have kitchen/laundry room plumbing looked at due to a clog that persisted to happen every 2-3 years with build up. Other companies typically will just snake it & move on. Roy's took the time to get to the root of the issue & re did the plumbing lines so hopefully it will not happen again. From the diagnoser to the installer, the whole team was quick, efficient, & friendly!

Great service. The technician (Ryan) was awesome. He arrived literally within minutes of the service call ( he was finishing a job in my neighborhood) quickly diagnosed my furnace issue and made repairs within an hour. I was charged what I feel is a fair price to do something I couldn't have done myself. The replacement parts come with a warranty. Couldn't be happier. Now the wife won't yell at me because the house is freezing. Good experience all around

I was in urgent need of a new sump pump. I called in the morning and got an appointment right away. They were able to come even earlier than expected, which was great! Joel and his helper did a great job installing a new furnace. They were on time, prepared the site and were pleasant and hard working. They encountered a problem fitting the new furnace into the space vacated by an the old furnace, which was shorter, but they solved the problem and got the new furnace installed and functioning. My wife and I are delighted by the service and we are warm again.

Top notch service. On time, very professional. The crew was friendly, competent and respectful. They took extra care to ensure the work areas were clean and as little snow tracked in as possible. Hardwired smart-home smoke detectors were installed to specification and work perfectly.

Pleased with services provided by Roy's. Roger came for a routine annual heating system inspection. He explained what he did during the visit and was knowledgeable about the various services. He told us about a service offered that would get us a discount. We were in the market for mini split units that could provide air conditioning and additional heat. Since we purchased the service we got a nice discount. Gabriel came right out to inform us about the mini split units. He too was well informed and directed us to even more savings, for which we were eligible. Finally, Michael came out to tell us everything we needed to know about generators. He was very helpful and the information he provided helped us make an informed decision about a generator. Excellent service provided by 3 very good technicians.

Had a scary issue with my electrical that was originally worked on by a different company 5 months ago. Cody came out, he was very polite, respectful; he immediately was able to recreate the problem and he displayed honesty and integrity when explaining what comes next. It's very difficult when searching for someone reliable, and with the experience to do a job right the first time, when it comes to electrical this is extremely important. Currently in the process of attempting to reach out to the original company, wishing i made a different choice in the beginning but you know, hindsight... will call on Roy's for my future electrical as there's more work to be done. I'm very thankful for Roy's timeliness and professionalism. My sump pump, which was around 6 years old, was continuously running and not turning off. I called the plumber that installed it 6 years ago, left two voicemails, and never received a call back. I tried a different plumber- I scheduled an appointment last week that was supposed to be an arrival time of 10 A.M.-2 P.M. I did not receive a call from them until 6:30 P.M., stating they were running very far behind due to emergencies. I understand that happens, but needless to say I told them to not bother coming. I finally came across Roy's and I'm so glad I did. Their phone communication was great and setting up an appointment was easy. They gave me an estimated arrival time of 4 P.M.-6 P.M. I received a call at 4:30 P.M. stating the technician would arrive at my house at 5 P.M. Awesome communication again. My technician Steven was great. He brought coverings for his shoes so he didn't track snow into the house- goes to show the Roy's team pays attention to small details. He inspected my sump pump, let me know it needed replacement, gave me pricing, and performed great work. From the time he came to the house to the time he processed the payment and left, less than an hour had passed. I can't thank Steven and the Roy's team enough for helping fix my problem in such an efficient matter, especially when I left hung out to dry by two different companies.

Nick and his coworker did a great job. It was a bad clog in an underground waste line. They stayed till it got done. The company was eager and concerned with my personal satisfaction… which should always be a business’s policy but it’s not always the case. Thanks 🙏🏽

Roy’s Plumbing went over Joshua Butry to fix my leaky basement utility sink and he was outstanding. Not only was he professional and polite, but he really knows his work and gave me a quick tutorial on how this type of thing happens. He was efficient, had great energy about his craft, and made me feel super confident in his skills - especially given my house’s plumbing is a bit on the older side (lol). I’d recommend Roy’s and Josh by name anytime, no questions asked.

Our steam boiler needed to be replaced. The 3 man team from Roy's was great. It took them 12 hours because of very old cast iron piping which was not cooperative, but they didn't leave until the job was done. We were very pleased with the end product, our house is toasty warm, everything was cleaned up well and the men were polite and respectful.

Josh B got to my house super quickly. We went though our options and he came up with a great solution. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Will defintely be using Roy's in the future!

The heating system broke down and Roger came over the same day and fixed the issue within an hour at a very fair price. This is my first experience with Roy’s Plumbing & Heating and I am extremely impressed.

Start with Nick Fyvie showed up on time was very professional explained and checked everything gave us the best options to our need and did his best to to have the new equipment installed asap and went the extra mile for us . To the day of installation Jack Langdon and Nate delivered exceptional service from start to finish. The technicians showed real expertise, took time to answer my questions, and handled everything with care. My home was left spotless, Jack made sure before leaving everything is running perfectly as it should be and explained everything they did. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you guys so much if I could give it more then 5 ⭐️ I would definitely do Thank you .

What a pleasant experience that we had with Roys Plumbing. The technician, Jeff was extremely professional and really knew what he was doing. He helped us so much with an ongoing issue we have had and it seems like our problem with our drains is finally going to be solved. He made suggestions and also for some future work. He took his time explaining and made suggestions that really made sense. We found the right plumbing company for sure!! Thanks to Jeff!

Had a new air conditioner installed and they worked hard all day to finish the job. We were very pleased with their work and they actually did a few extra things outside of the installation, that were a plus!

I needed a new water line from the main to the house I had no pressure. Now I have water pressure in the house. It was expensive but I couldn’t put it off anymore. They did a good job, can’t say anything bad about them, it works. Thank you Roy’s

He was also very personable and helpful in explaining what was needed for the repair and had the parts on his truck!! I was also happy to donate can goods for a discount. Will definitely call Roy’s for any future needed home repairs. Roy’s cares about it’s Customers and about the needy in the Community by teaming up with WNY Food.

We were told that they have Zero percent financing, what we were not told is there is a fee attached to the Zero financing. So, after receiving our paperwork I noticed this charge, and when I called Roy’s, I was told to call the bank it’s a bank fee. UPDATE ON 11.17.25 I spoke with Mike at Roy's about our above concern, he was very professional, understanding, I was so please on how they handled our concern, that we are changing our review from one star to a 5 STAR RATING. it's rare that a company stands behind their word like Roy's did., I highly recommend them.

Nick Fyvie was able to determine the problem with my toilet and recommended a part replacement that resolved the issue. He also explained how damaging disinfectant products placed in the tank can be - a lesson learned. He was easy to talk to and very personable!

The technician showed up early and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained what he needed to do to fix the furnace and got right to work. I found the technician to be very professional and skilled. On top of that, he was very courteous. We have been Roy’s customers for many years and are never disappointed. Their annual service contract is a bargain too.

Roger was professional and handled the service job quickly.

Highly recommend. They are very knowledgeable, honest and transparent. Roger. P came over super professional and experienced technician took him less than ten minutes to figure out the whole system without a sweat. He explain to me the diagnostic in a very simple way. Although it's a very old system they didn't force me to replace the system. When the time comes, I will definitely replace my heating system with roy's.

This was our second time using Roy’s and I’m so glad we did! When I reached out for an appointment we had a simple leak and by the time the appointment came it had gotten much worse. Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and just by my notes was already expecting the issue at hand. Just like our last issue, it was quick, efficient and very up front and honest. After the appointment Matthew was so nice and answered all my questions about what to do going forward, and his opinion on our plumbing situation. It is so nice knowing we can call Roy’s and have great work done and don’t have to worry about being upsold or told “possible future problems” and attempt to be sold on something we don’t need. They really care about their customers and it truly shows!

Jim was excellent in working on clogged drain. He checked all pipes in basement and then proceeded to unclog drain. Garbage disposal was loaded with grease buildup over the years. Purchased Bio drain cleaner and advised to use 5 days then weekly. Very satisfied with his work. He is top notch at his work. Very personable!

Mike Toth was very professional, friendly, and thorough servicing our heating for the winter months. He changed the necessary filters, checked carbon levels, and everything else to make sure our heating works for our cold Buffalo winter.
