We had a flooded basement at my tenant's house. I received the call at night and Roy's came to help by 10:00 the next morning. The problem was caused by a buildup of grease, and required a return by Roy's the next morning. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Roy's.

Roys was great! I loved being able to talk to a live rep who answered quickly every time I called and were very friendly. Tom, the tech that came to my house was fantastic. He identified a solution for my plumbing issue quickly and fixed it timely. I plan to call Tom and Roys for all my needs in the future and I highly recommend!

Greg and Jeff (I think those were their names!) did a great job unclogging my outside sewar line from the downspout to the street. Great service, high quality work and buttoned everything up before they left. Even gave me some great tips to keep the line clean! TYSM!

The technician responded to my request for shower equipment repair…He Showed up at the designated time and listen to all of vmy concerns. Talked me through multiple scenarios after his initial inspection. He continued to inform me about everything he was doing throughout the entire process.. I did agreed to the suggested repairs and he completed the project in a timely manner. The gentleman was very respectful and represented his employer in a very efficient/ responsible manner.

Had a kitchen sink clog and had to call Roys unfortunately on a week end. Roys sent a technician over on a Saturday and after shaking the plumbing three times, problem solved. The technician Nick was great and took the time to explain everything to me and also looked at other issues and made recommendations. Great job, satisfied.

Roy's has never disappointed me.They were out to check on my whole house humidifier and make some tweaks to it that will make it more efficient. Both techs were friendly and informative.

Price seemed a bit high since I provided tank but it's done now.The men did a beautiful job.Everything seems overpriced these days.Its done, the wife is happy.

I can see exactly why the ratings are so high. Manny was knowledgeable, kind and most of all, he did not try to inflate the price. Nowadays, companies seem to push you into purchasing more and more, rather or not you need it. I feel like I can trust this business. Fiushed my water heater. Done a great job. Very polite. Had to call Roy's. My basement water coming up the drain. Josh B came out. Josh and Eric B.jetted my clean out pipe. Found my sewer had dropped six inches. Which means had to dig up and get sewer rerouted. Josh did an excellent job laying out what needed to be done. Plus had to relocate my sump pump drain. Got everything together. Next day the whole team came out and got started. One crew in basement. Other crew outside. What a BIG job. They all worked together. Everyone of the guys were great. If I could give them 10 stars I would. You want a job done the right way. Call Roy's plumbing.

Josh B came out to my house to provide an estimate for a few projects. Off the bat, he was professional and explained his background which instilled my trust in his expertise. He was patient when I asked a bunch of questions and gave some advice on items that we didn’t necessarily need to hire him for. The icing on the cake was that he brought in my recycling bin from the street! My husband and I will be using Roy’s for our garage project because of how great Josh was. Highly recommend!

Christian came on time and was very personable but professional. We had a leak from the bathtub down into the kitchen. We thought it was a pipe leak but after asking a few questions and some assessment, Christian determined it was simply water running behind the water spout and on/off plate which was not caulked properly. An easy fix, and the cost was minimal at $22.00 since we have a Roy’s membership. We are very appreciative to Christian and all the technicians helping us improve our home.

Nick, replaced the pressure reducing valve in the house after a water main break down the street caused it to fail. He tested & checked all the possible causes & solutions (the valve failed). He also called for help for an unrelated mini-split issue of one unit humming. Nick is very professional, certious & knowledgeable about his job, and I would recommend Roy's to anyone.

They were knowledgeable, thorough, and mindful of the area they were working in. They inspected the water heater and Josh explained everything before they started work. Josh answered my questions and made sure I understood and was comfortable with all tasks before they started work. Josh B and Tyler R installed a HALO water filtration system and did a great job. It’s a two day install. Both days they arrived on time, explained everything they were going to do before starting, and made sure I understood the every step of the process. I had water in my basement and they came same day to evaluate the situation. They were honest with me about the potential cause of the water and all of my options for remediation. I chose to have my sewer line jetted. They removed and replaced a very old, rusty cap and jetted the line. It took 30 minutes and they were done. I'm very pleased with the service and timely response. I would highly recommend.

We had a very sudden furnace failure on a subzero day. Ben and Andrew handled the installation of our new furnace and AC unit and were extremely transparent about everything: pricing, timing, parts, etc. They even customized our furnace's filter slot for easy filter changes. They were friendly and left a perfectly clean space behind them when they left. Can't recommend highly enough.

Roy’s was amazing when our furnace bit the dust. They were able to get out same day and diagnose the problem an had a team out (on a holiday during a snowstorm no less) to come out and install the new unit. All of the employees we have worked with throughout the process have been extremely pleasant and respectful of our home. Hopefully no other huge jobs will be needed for a while but I appreciate their speed and service.

I had a leaky faucet in the bathroom. Evan was my plumbing technician. He explained everything to me as to why this was happening. He then proceeded to let me know what was the best way to fix this issue. He also explained that the shut off under the counter was not working properly. He changed the faucet and replaced the 2 shut offs under the counter. Everything working properly now. Clean up completed. Before Evan did any work he explained and priced out all my options. Very through. Job completed very happy to have such a polite repair man that also respected my property. Thank you Roy’s Plumbing and Evan.

All of the crew were very well mannered, educated in their craft, and completed the job in a timely fashion. It started out with a clogged sewer pipe and ended up with new piping. The previous owners had Roy’s install the hot water heater. It finally died on Sunday and they came out the next day. Within 48 hours of coming home to water leaking out, we had a whole new setup! All the technicians were great to work with, very clean. Impressed with their install, price and warranty.

We had to make an emergency service call recently for a major clog in our plumbing that was causing a huge backup and water to come down from our second floor bathrooms, inside the walls, through our ceiling and vents, and ultimately down to our basement. Needless to say it was a mess and a very stressful situation. We were able to get a same day appointment and Josh B showed up. He was amazing. He was not only polite and friendly, and reassured us with his credentials and experience - but did a thorough job identifying and explaining the issue. He was able to get everything fixed for us, and all with a smile and friendly attitude, despite it being a challenging last call of the day on a Friday. I would never hesitate to call Roy’s again for any plumbing needs, and while I’m sure everyone there is great, I’d request Josh again with confidence.

The communication from the office personnel to the technicians was great. I loved that they send you a email with a picture of the technician coming and a little bio. Jeff was who we had come help. He was knowledgeable and personable he was able to fix our problem and we signed up for membership and before he left he said he would let the office know to set us up for a furnace check. He couldn't have been gone for more than 20 mins and we were already getting a call to set that appointment up. I am so glad we went with Roy's. We will definitely use them for any of our plumbing, heating and cooling needs. Nick came for the big job we needed and he was personable and knowledgeable. He explained the two projects being handled and everything was done quicker than expected and all is working well. Very pleased with the work that was completed.

My sump pump failed and my basement flooded with 2 inches of water. What did I do? I called Roy’s Plumbing Heating and Cooling. since it was an emergency, they sent a technician out to my home within 30 minutes of my call. The technician, Nick Fyvie was very courteous and put me at ease quickly by assuring me that he would resolve my issue. And did he ever! He showed me several options of sump pumps they had available, patiently answered my many questions and helped me to choose the one that would suit my needs best. Nick then began the installation process of the new sump pump and quickly had my basement clear of all the water. I can’t say enough about the excellent service I receive from Roy’s Plumbing Heating & Cooling. I would highly recommend Roy’s for any of your plumbing heating or cooling needs!

Roy’s did a wonderful job in repairing a valve in our combo water heater/boiler system. They came to our home the day we called for help. The service person was knowledgeable and explained everything. He also used some creativity to get the necessary new part sooner for us.

Almost instant response, very friendly representative and diagnosed the problem found the part locally went and got it and installed it. Everything done from call to shaking is hand thank you was 2 1/2 hours. Very impressive. They are my go to!!! Very happy.
