Josh B was our plumber. He did an excellent job locating our problem and correcting it. It took several trips but he explained everything perfectly and how he would correct the situation. Steve M came out to diagnose our very old AC unit, which wasn't blowing cold air. He arrived quickly and was super helpful and efficient. He took the time to explain my options and reviewed all possible routes with me. He got it working again, though we do want to replace it due to age and efficiency. Nick came out a few days later to go over quotes for a new unit. He was also wonderful - very detailed and honest! We're still exploring options, but we're grateful for their time and wonderful service.

I wanted to say WOW Roy’s for the excellent work extremely professional staff and a job well done. I had to have my trap relocated outside and sewer repaired and this company came out and did this all in one day. The people at my home awesome if I could give this company 10 stars I would. I went back and forth with other “big name” companies in the area and had horrible experience and service. No one was able to tell me exactly what the issue was and the repairs they offered at an extremely expensive price and then trying to get someone to get back in touch with me was a nightmare. Not only was Roy’s cheaper but they did more than the other companies were saying their repairs would be. Go with Roy’s I am telling never felt better forking over 6k lol. Thanks guys you have gained a forever customer..

They repaired it (even though they didn’t have to). The addition of the duct booster and the repair of the gap was a game changer!!! I removed the bedroom window ac unit! It’s absolutely perfect! My appointment was originally to fix my shower diverter.Thomas Olson did a great job as far as explaining my options and what would need to be done to fix my issues. He did not pressure me into spending money I may or may not have. I did purchase a new kitchen faucet which he was able to install for me. I was very happy with the work he did and would definitely recommend.

He explained the process of fixing our clogged kitchen sink, how it became clogged, installed an air valve to minimize clogs where the dishwasher hose joins the pipe to the kitchen sink, and how to maintain our pipes. We were given advice and provided quotes for our plumbing needs. What makes Jim exceptional, is that he took the time to circle back to our home to address an issue with our dishwasher (it still had not drained). Appliance repair doesn’t not fall under the list of services at Roy’s, but he wanted to ensure it wasn’t a plumbing issue. Unfortunately, the dishwasher is broken due to a piece of glass getting stuck in the drainage system. We are very pleased with the service we received and will continue to use Roy’s in the future.

My technician Nick was on time, courteous and professional. They did an amazing job and cleaned up everything. Looks souch better and is easier to use!! I would highly recommend Roy's, as well as their technicians.

Mike the technician came to our house for a AC tune-up. He was very professional, thorough, and friendly. Gave us advice on how to keep our system maintained. We would recommend him for any service. Roy's you have one heck of an employee.

Plumber Josh B w Ed went above and beyond and stayed on our problem until is was operating ‘normally’. We had nearly 3’ of water and he got the resources to get it gone. Installed sump pump and we’re drying out.

Quick response all the way around. Didn't know they did air conditioning tune ups or electric. Had a issue with a hot ground wire. Found where it was coming from, fixed it quick. Great job.

Today, we had to call Roy’s for an overflowing toilet. We had previously been told that our concrete slab would have to be ripped apart to access and replace the plumbing under our house. Needless to say, we were very anxious about what might be found. Josh came out and immediately eased our anxiety by assuring us that he would look for the most appropriate and least invasive solution possible. He was nothing but professional and courteous. He took his time diagnosing the problem and was able to address the issue for us without trying to sell us on unnecessary services. He showed us video of our new cleared plumbing to reassure us that the problem was fixed, he even gave us advice on how to avoid issues in the future. I would definitely recommend Roy’s. After our service today, I asked if they could always send Josh to our house in the future, He was great!

Called Roy's for a second opinion. Thank goodness. First company quoted 17,500.00 to dig up driveway and replace collapsed sewer line. Roy's sent out Jason who had line cleared in 30 minutes. Tree roots were the issue. Jason was punctual, knowledgeable and does not work off commission. I highly recommend Roy's and Jason.
