The technician showed up early and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained what he needed to do to fix the furnace and got right to work. I found the technician to be very professional and skilled. On top of that, he was very courteous. We have been Roy’s customers for many years and are never disappointed. Their annual service contract is a bargain too.

Our basement was flooded and we needed a sewer drain cleaning service. He provided that service, while explaining everything to my 82 yr old grandmother along the way. Extremely friendly, even my dog and cat wanted him to stay!

Josh took care of our clogged kitchen sink issue by performing a descaling service. Things got a little messy but after the line was cleared, Josh did an excellent job cleaning up. Each step was explained, professional and courteous service. Highly recommend!

I had two Technician, each working on different components. Josh explained about my tankless water heater and flushed the system. While Aaron replaced the Boiler's ignition system. Both were professional and efficient with their work. I appreciate the care they took in making my equipment work more efficiently.

May 4, 2026 - Dan and Mike were very neat, fast and efficient in replacing my water heater. Both guys were very friendly. Furnace would not light in the morning. Called Roy's they were here in a few hours and Mike fixed it.

They were responsive from the start and completed the full panel upgrade no issues! I will use them every time!

The team did an awesome job. They went from the house all the way out to the street and replaced my sewer drain with schedule 35 PVC and they installed a clean out. With only a 10 foot, long hole and didn't go into my landscape. Even the building inspector for my town started what great job was completed. Call Roy's for a price before you have work done. There is only two companies in western NY that do this same procedure. In closing I'm not related to any at Roy's Plumbing.

Had a filter rack installed on my new heating unit. I wasn't pleased with the first way the filter was installed. The company was very responsive and the technician Mike did a great job on the installation. Roy's is a great company with very pleasant and competent employees.

Central air installation

Aarons crew was amazing. They took two downspouts from the house to our street. Their work was outstanding and they were so careful with the lawn. If not for the 1 foot trench going to the road you would never know they were here. I would highly recommend them and will use them for future work.

Did their work impeccably, as promised, no hidden charges or add-ons like with so many contractors, they cleaned up after they were done. Top-notch. Shower faucet cartridge leaking hot water into shower. Christian located the correct replacement and did the re-install correcting our problem. 5 stars represents the work and results but not the high price.

Have you heard about the “cold plunge” craze? After this morning, I’m officially out! Our Navien, Inc tankless unit finally gave up after about 15 years of reliable service. The result? A brutally cold 48° shower to start the day. One call to Roy's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and by this afternoon we were right back to enjoying endless hot water. If you’ve ever been the last one in line for a shower and stuck with a cold rinse, you know the downside of a traditional hot water tank. Tankless systems heat water on demand, which means you’re not limited by what’s sitting in a tank—you get a continuous supply whenever you need it. In a house with four women plus me, a standard tank just wouldn’t cut it. With our Navien system, we can run both showers, do laundry, and wash dishes all at the same time—no one gets stuck shivering! Big thanks to Michael and John for helping us choose the perfect new Navien unit, and to Tyler and Mike for making quick work of the installation. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy. (Aside from that one very cold shower. 💦🥶) If you’re thinking about upgrading, “Just call Roy’s!”—you’ll be glad you did!

Our sewer got backed up and Roy's Plumbing came to the rescue. Not only did they clear the blockage, but they also used a camera to inspect the entire run to be sure it was completely cleared. Very grateful for the perseverance to clear out the sludge. Matt is an absolute stud. Just a powerhouse of a plumber with the voice of an angel. I would highly recommend these guys!

Vary good service and very good service

Roy's came out to do our heating and cooling yearly service. The technician found a crake in the heat exchange and it needed to be fixed or replaced on a 13 year old furnace. Matt suggested a new system. He called the office and a salesman, Robert Nolan came out and explained multiple options we had. We decided on a new furnace and airconditioner. We decided on option 2 he showed us. Because of our schedule the new system could not be installed for 3 days and Robert left us a stand alone heater if we needed it. The installers arrived on time and installed both systems by the end of the day. They put down covering in our hall and on the stairs down to the cellar. They cleaned up everything before they left and explained how to do a monthly cleaning of the furnace and how the new thermostat worked prior to leaving. We wouldn't have any other company but Roy's take care of our heating/cooling/electric & plumbing. They are wonderful!

Professional experience from original call, to first appointment, assessment of my issue, and strategizing ALL my options. They took a stressful situation and immediately de-escalated my stress level and walked me through each of their recommendations. On the day the job was to be executed I experienced a thorough and efficient crew that made me confident they knew exactly what they were doing. There were multiple guys at my job and I wish I could remember everyone’s name because they were all great. I will highlight that my Sr. Plumbing Tech Dan Stewart and his Tech Tony Robinson were amazing to work with. Prior to being introduced to Roy’s Plumbing I was a customer of another operation for 25 years. Dennis came out to service our furnace and was very helpful & professional each time. When we need to change out our google nest he gave us his cell phone number to call when the replacement came in. Then later checked in to see if we received the replacement when he hadn’t heard from us. After he installed the new system he stayed to make sure it was up & running. We will definitely request Dennis anytime we need service.

Plumber Josh Butry was honest, extremely knowledgeable and experienced, went over all the possible choices and pros and cons. I will be using Roy’s as long as they are around. We have used Roy’s for over twenty years and they always do an excellent job and back their work whether heating, cooling, or plumbing.

I had 3 diffrent plumbing who came and said they cant do the job to them it was too complicated or pure lazy. They made sure to tell us how to DIY and fix the issue for the time being. When we had Roys come out they had no issue to get the job done. Fix an upstairs shower drain leak. And get hot water line into the downstairs baththub. They did a great job ! Worth it. The price was within range for this type of job . We are happy!

Super quick in a time of panic! I had a water heater leak that was starting to damage my finished basement floor. The team was able to come over within 3 hours of calling. I worked with Don and Dan, both guys were super calm, professional, and did an amazing job explaining what needs to happen, what was done, how to work the water heater, and how to maintain it. They were able to replace my water heater in less than 24 hours!

On time, pro level all the way. On a job that was beyond a DYI project, job was done before I knew it, not a trace left behind besides nice new shiny water lines and a functional outdoor faucet. Definitely recommend. It's worth it.

Greg and Jeff (I think those were their names!) did a great job unclogging my outside sewar line from the downspout to the street. Great service, high quality work and buttoned everything up before they left. Even gave me some great tips to keep the line clean! TYSM!

The technician responded to my request for shower equipment repair…He Showed up at the designated time and listen to all of vmy concerns. Talked me through multiple scenarios after his initial inspection. He continued to inform me about everything he was doing throughout the entire process.. I did agreed to the suggested repairs and he completed the project in a timely manner. The gentleman was very respectful and represented his employer in a very efficient/ responsible manner.

Had a kitchen sink clog and had to call Roys unfortunately on a week end. Roys sent a technician over on a Saturday and after shaking the plumbing three times, problem solved. The technician Nick was great and took the time to explain everything to me and also looked at other issues and made recommendations. Great job, satisfied.

Roy's has never disappointed me.They were out to check on my whole house humidifier and make some tweaks to it that will make it more efficient. Both techs were friendly and informative.

Price seemed a bit high since I provided tank but it's done now.The men did a beautiful job.Everything seems overpriced these days.Its done, the wife is happy.

Isaiah and the entire Roy's team were great! They put down protective runners on the floor and wore covers on their feet. They did very professional job and Isaiah walked me through everything I needed to know before they left. I can see exactly why the ratings are so high. Manny was knowledgeable, kind and most of all, he did not try to inflate the price. Nowadays, companies seem to push you into purchasing more and more, rather or not you need it. I feel like I can trust this business. Everything about my experience with Roy’s is positive. The original estimator who came out, and the three man crew who did the job All highly professional. Did their work impeccably, as promised, no hidden charges or add-ons like with so many contractors, they cleaned up after they were done. Top-notch. Angelo, Joel and Kyle were the contractors and if I need more work at my house, I’m going to request that specific crew. A+.

Fiushed my water heater. Done a great job. Very polite. Had to call Roy's. My basement water coming up the drain. Josh B came out. Josh and Eric B.jetted my clean out pipe. Found my sewer had dropped six inches. Which means had to dig up and get sewer rerouted. Josh did an excellent job laying out what needed to be done. Plus had to relocate my sump pump drain. Got everything together. Next day the whole team came out and got started. One crew in basement. Other crew outside. What a BIG job. They all worked together. Everyone of the guys were great. Josh B came out to my house to provide an estimate for a few projects. Off the bat, he was professional and explained his background which instilled my trust in his expertise. He was patient when I asked a bunch of questions and gave some advice on items that we didn’t necessarily need to hire him for. The icing on the cake was that he brought in my recycling bin from the street! My husband and I will be using Roy’s for our garage project because of how great Josh was. Highly recommend!
