Very professional, had a problem with the water going from my sump pump to the road pipe, after a brief inspection they determined that the drain pipe going to the road underground was blocked. Long story short, they replaced the pipe in a timely manner. Couldn't be more happy with the work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The service man who came out was terrific. Problem was taken care of in a professional manor. So happy I chose them for service. Would recommend to anyone.

9/15 - Tom Olson came in and installed new water line from basement supply to a new refrigerator. Was professional, up front with pricing, and entertained and answered all my questions. He also helped me set up an additional appointment for the next day.

9/17- Marco and another tech came to install a gas clothes dryer and gas stove. The big box guys were going to have me wait two weeks. Both guys were amazing and finished in a couple of hours.

9/18-Took a shower in The house for the second time (recent purchase) and there was a significant amount of water leaking into the basement. I called Roy’s and they sent Joshua B. And he arrived in 30 mins. Another home run. Joshua systematically diagnosed the issue and again offered up front pricing so I know the cost before the work was done.

All technicians were friendly and empathetic to our situation. With all four gentlemen I felt like I had a friend in the house.

The consistency between all four experiences is a testament to Roy’s positive company culture. I will use Roy’s for ALL of my home servicing needs.

I used to do this work when I was younger and these guys know what they're doing. Great crew. We're in and out in 5 hours replacing storm drain and bubbler. Completely back filled with stone, replace the dirt and raked lawn out. Was very impressed how they bored under the existing sidewalk and never had to disturb it. I had three contractor estimates and I'm glad I went with Roy's. Others wanted to replace the concrete pad at an additional $500. I give you guys 5 1/2 Stars.

Had a broken pipe in my kitchen , As we live in a slab no basement that menth they had to jackhammer my floor to find the broken pipe. Yikes. They came in ,2 men they were just great they hammered the floor found and fixed the pipe replaced it and then put concrete over the floor hole. they were very nice and professional , knew their stuff for sure and cleaned up so you would never know my floor had a hole in it. Also the man who (Jason) set this up and told us what had to be done first was wonderful too. Very pleasant. So we are thrilled with Roy"s so if you need a good plumber try them I am sure you will not be disappointed.

From the moment he walked in our house and took a look at our hot water tank assessed it, and got the pilot light going for a few minutes until it went out again, he observed something else was going. He explained what was happening and went over a few other concerns/issues in our home that need to be taken care. Service was outstanding!!! Very grateful. Thank you!

I highly recommend Roy’s- everyone from their sales department to their installation installation crew. We installed a tankless hot water tank and they were great explaining to us the differences between different types of heating units. He came to the house to look over everything as the tank was leaking and walked us through a new system.
The price was reasonable for a system switch over to electric water tank system and everything needed to be up to code here in our city.

Josh B. Could not have been more thorough. Called for servicing on an existing unit which turned into a costly repair. He explained, in detail, the repair costs and timeline and compared it to a new unit. The new unit was clearly a cost savings over several years, and the Roys membership saved us money and added value of a furnace and A/C tune up and future pipe cleaning at no extra charge with that membership. Josh was professional, thorough, friendly and I would highly recommend him for any plumbing projects, expected or unexpected.

Today i had an appointment with Roy's to troubleshoot my AC unit. Manny was the repair technician that arrived right on time and was very friendly and he was able to diagnose the issue with the AC unit right away and he explained everything to me and what repair needed to be made to get the AC running efficiently again. He was very professional and very detailed in his repair and the price was fair for what needed to be replaced and when Manny was finished with the repair he explained what he did and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. While he was here he also set an appointment for a furnace check up in the fall. I appreciate Manny's professionalism and attention to detail with my appointment today thank you so much ☺️

I woke up to a broken air conditioner and immediately called Roy’s. They were able to come out same day. The service technician Ryan Bigelow was very polite, friendly and helpful. He offered me options to replace the parts in my very old unit, but I’m going to opt to purchase a new one since the unit is so outdated. Ryan was able to schedule someone to come out same day to price a new unit for me. I’m very pleased with the efficient turnaround and look forward to using Roy’s to install my new unit.

I had two separate appointments, one to install a GFCI outlet and a second for A/C maintenance. Nick installed the outlet, did a great job. Dominik completed a/c maintenance, also did a great job! Both were friendly, explained every step of the process, explained pricing and any recommendations. Friendly, on time and a reasonable price for the work completed. Highly recommend and will be calling Roy’s for future needs.

Tim our plumber showed on time and explained what he was going to do to solve our problem. His solution was 10 times better than mine. He told us the price once I signed off, he immediately started work and finished in the time period he told us. Everything was cleaned up.

Roy's accommodated my request for a later time window and I was notified when the technician was on the way. Josh B arrived and attacked the problem from every possible angle. He narrowed down the issue and offered multiple solutions. We don't know which we will go ahead with, but Josh provided us with what we need to make an informed decision. Recommended!

One was to install a new faucet in a bathroom and the other was a unique issue that needed problem solving. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He also fixed both issues in the same day. He professionalism was impeccable and we would highly recommend Roy’s (we’ve had other technicians from Roy come for our HVAC system, and it was amazing also.) and especially Jonathan for plumbing. Cost was reasonable for the work being done.

I couldn’t recommend Josh Butry enough! I’ve been in my home for almost 2 years and it has been nothing short of frustrating and exhausting the amount of repairs I’ve had done. I went to Roy’s last year when my water boiler died and didn’t have a second thought when I had a leak in the same room. I’ve been anxious over this issue since I made the appointment but Josh made the experience as seamless as possible. Josh was thorough in explaining what could have happened, what actually happened and what the next steps were! I feel lucky that it was a “small” issue and he was able to fix it in the same day! He also gave me recommendations moving forward! I will definitely be requesting Josh as my preferred plumber!

Aaron came out the next day from my call. My AC was blowing hot air when it was 92 degrees outside 😩, he came right on time and immediately took care of the problem, when he left we were nice and cool. Aaron was very professional and friendly, he explained everything that needed to be done and gave a price before he did the work.

To last weekend snake our drain to find a plug that has caused us headaches for last 6 months that another company dropped down there and didnt mention. I requested service to look at my AC unit airflow and 2 individuals came out. Dennis and his colleague were highly knowledgeable, thorough, and did not try to find problems just to sell new equipment which other companies do. They identified a potential diffuser issue that could be contributing to my issues and made several recommendations that I could explore if the issue persisted. They were also able to send out the techs in less than 24 hrs which is highly appreciated. Given how great the service was I signed up to become a member and will be using Roy’s for future HavAC services.

Christian just stopped by to help out with a tricky clog in our tub that was giving us problems. He arrived early, even better than on-time. He was fast and professional and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what I can do to help prevent the problem from returning. The price was great and after having a pretty negative experience with Roto Rooter recently Roy's has definitely won my business today. The technician showed up early and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained what he needed to do to fix the furnace and got right to work. I found the technician to be very professional and skilled. On top of that, he was very courteous. We have been Roy’s customers for many years and are never disappointed. Their annual service contract is a bargain too.

Our basement was flooded and we needed a sewer drain cleaning service. He provided that service, while explaining everything to my 82 yr old grandmother along the way. Extremely friendly, even my dog and cat wanted him to stay!

Aaron and his team were terrific! They came punctually for three long work days until the sewer work was done. They had prepared the neighborhood in advance with signs indicating the construction, and they were excellent communicators of the job’s status, as well as the cause of the problem. Josh took care of our clogged kitchen sink issue by performing a descaling service. Things got a little messy but after the line was cleared, Josh did an excellent job cleaning up. Each step was explained, professional and courteous service. Highly recommend!

I had two Technician, each working on different components. Josh explained about my tankless water heater and flushed the system. While Aaron replaced the Boiler's ignition system. Both were professional and efficient with their work. I appreciate the care they took in making my equipment work more efficiently.

Furnace would not light in the morning. Called Roy's they were here in a few hours and Mike fixed it.

The team did an awesome job. They went from the house all the way out to the street and replaced my sewer drain with schedule 35 PVC and they installed a clean out. With only a 10 foot, long hole and didn't go into my landscape. Even the building inspector for my town started what great job was completed. Call Roy's for a price before you have work done. There is only two companies in western NY that do this same procedure. In closing I'm not related to any at Roy's Plumbing.

Had a filter rack installed on my new heating unit. I wasn't pleased with the first way the filter was installed. The company was very responsive and the technician Mike did a great job on the installation. Roy's is a great company with very pleasant and competent employees.

Zack from Roys installed 4 solid 6 panel interior doors, trim,, and hardware.. His attention to detail,, including measurements, matching the stain to my existing color scheme, answering my questions, was worth the wait. A pleasure working with him, and the doors are beautiful!
