We were told that they have Zero percent financing, what we were not told is there is a fee attached to the Zero financing. So, after receiving our paperwork I noticed this charge, and when I called Roy’s, I was told to call the bank it’s a bank fee. UPDATE ON 11.17.25 I spoke with Mike at Roy's about our above concern, he was very professional, understanding, I was so please on how they handled our concern, that we are changing our review from one star to a 5 STAR RATING. it's rare that a company stands behind their word like Roy's did., I highly recommend them.

Nick Fyvie was able to determine the problem with my toilet and recommended a part replacement that resolved the issue. He also explained how damaging disinfectant products placed in the tank can be - a lesson learned. He was easy to talk to and very personable!

The technician showed up early and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained what he needed to do to fix the furnace and got right to work. I found the technician to be very professional and skilled. On top of that, he was very courteous. We have been Roy’s customers for many years and are never disappointed. Their annual service contract is a bargain too.

Roger was professional and handled the service job quickly.

Highly recommend. They are very knowledgeable, honest and transparent. Roger. P came over super professional and experienced technician took him less than ten minutes to figure out the whole system without a sweat. He explain to me the diagnostic in a very simple way. Although it's a very old system they didn't force me to replace the system. When the time comes, I will definitely replace my heating system with roy's.

This was our second time using Roy’s and I’m so glad we did! When I reached out for an appointment we had a simple leak and by the time the appointment came it had gotten much worse. Matthew was extremely knowledgeable and just by my notes was already expecting the issue at hand. Just like our last issue, it was quick, efficient and very up front and honest. After the appointment Matthew was so nice and answered all my questions about what to do going forward, and his opinion on our plumbing situation. It is so nice knowing we can call Roy’s and have great work done and don’t have to worry about being upsold or told “possible future problems” and attempt to be sold on something we don’t need. They really care about their customers and it truly shows!

Jim was excellent in working on clogged drain. He checked all pipes in basement and then proceeded to unclog drain. Garbage disposal was loaded with grease buildup over the years. Purchased Bio drain cleaner and advised to use 5 days then weekly. Very satisfied with his work. He is top notch at his work. Very personable!

Mike Toth was very professional, friendly, and thorough servicing our heating for the winter months. He changed the necessary filters, checked carbon levels, and everything else to make sure our heating works for our cold Buffalo winter.

Outstanding customer service. Josh B came out to resolve an outside shutoff valve issue I had at my house. After calling two other companies over the past two years, he was the only one who found the precise location of the valve (hidden behind a basement plywood wall). He was able to locate and get to it without destroying the whole wall or tearing the basement apart to find it. In addition, Josh was thorough and professional and helped me understand exactly how the pipes were constructed.

These guys are fantastic. Their salesmen as well as their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, timely and friendly. We have had them out for a few issues and every single time they let us know all of our options, thoroughly answer our questions, explain next steps and do excellent work! Our old "handyman" used to have to repeatedly come to "fix" the same problems over and over. Not so with Roy's. Their work is done carefully and correctly. I can't speak to every service they provide but the things that we have had them do for us have come with a very good guarantee on the work. They replaced our AC unit and our furnace most recently. The salesman who came first to do an estimate, named Gabriel, was an absolute gem. He was a lovely young man who was so helpful and didn't employ any of those skeevy sales tactics that we all have run into. He was just a straight forward guy who was here to help. The most recent techs who did our AC and furnace, Isaiah and (I didn't catch the second fellow's name and wish that I had) were equally friendly and helpful. In the past the people that they sent over were also equally great! I know that in the future with any issues we may run into, we will be calling Roy's. I imagine that they have a very high customer retention rate and I fully understand why. I don't ever want anyone else working on my home again!

Josh was very intelligent, kind and was completely honest about our situation. He went out of his way to make us understand exactly what was happening. We'll definitely be calling him again for all of our plumbing needs.

Roy's offered me great service when I had to make changes due to a safety factor in my house. They installed a new water heater and furnace that both vented outside. From Gabriel who recommended the fix to the crew that fixed it, all very professional, friendly and very timely service

Josh B, at Roy’s gave us absolutely amazing service. Provided us with not only great service, but education as well! I will 100% be calling Roy’s for all of my plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs!

Josh B came to the house and was so helpful! Quickly found the cause of the leak and repaired it, didn’t try to nickel and dime me. On top of that he was very courteous, warned me of any loud noises so as not to disturb my baby, which was above and beyond. Would definitely trust him with a job again!

The service technician routed out the tree roots and got the sewage draining again in short order. He removed a ball of roots the size of a football with individual roots the size of a common pencil. Very happy with the results and care for our home. He even helped me move 50 individual gallon containers of water that were in the way of access for his machine. Very happy with the job preformance. But the cost was above $200/hour for emergency service.

Highly recommend Roy’s. Anthony was great-friendly and efficient! Arrived earlier than anticipated which was great! Love the texts we received and we could track Anthony prior to his arrival! Thank you!

Manny from Roy’s Plumbing & Heating did a maintenance check on my furnace. He discovered the furnace may be developing cracks in the heater exchange unit. No CO was detected at this point. I want that Manny for due diligence and providing me options.

Tom was fantastic! We've never had to call a plumber before because we are DIY'ers, so we were very hesitant. But we definitely made the the right choice! Tom was on-time, very knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns before addressing the problem. When we need to add a bathroom we will be contacting Roy's to do the plumbing!

Today Frank and Andrew installed a new boiler and zone valves. Both guys are very personable and appeared very confident. Not only do I have a warm house now, but have a new system that looks amazing! Thank you Roy’s!

Nathan and his associate did a great job installing our new water heater. As with all Roy's techs I've worked with (and there have been many), they were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The new pipes are beautifully done and they left no mess of any kind. I highly recommend Roy's.

**Roy’s does phenomenal work and they employ knowledgeable, hardworking plumbers** My only issue is the HUGE mess they left behind after each job. I completely understand that they aren’t “responsible for cleaning” and that they offer a cleaning service (for an additional $40+ an hour) but there is no reason why they had to leave my basement the way they did. The first time, we were told they would “clean and sanitize” the area they were working in before they left but that never happened. The 2nd time, they left the floor, utility sinks, and my entire dryer (that still had clothes in it) completely CAKED in sewage. I use that area of the basement to do my laundry, and had I known they were going to leave it in that condition, I would’ve taken my clothes (both in the dryer and hanging up) and other items out of there beforehand. When I asked them if they were planning on leaving it that way, they said they don’t have time to help clean up and that we should “just throw some bleach on the floor for the smell” — it took me almost 3 hours to clean up the mess and sanitize everything so that the area was safe to use again.

They were here 2 days. First day repaired the toilet, and evaluate my sink issue. Taylor told me what needed to be done and explained everything. He got the parts needed came back the next day and installed. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He even tolerated Rufus and Anika trying to assist him. I highly recommend Roy's. Their staff from office to tech are amazing....Thank you for helping so quickly.

We recently had a plumbing inspection done as an included part of our membership. I was a bit skeptical that it would be just a sales pitch, but it turned out to be a very helpful informative inspection. Josh walked me through everything he noted, gave me a list of things to keep an eye on, provided meaningful advice and left us feeling much better about some concerns I had pre-inspection. Josh Butry recently cleaned out my sewage lines on a Saturday morning no less. I’m overtly grateful he went above and far beyond what I had expected and was very knowledgeable. I can’t thank him and Roy’s enough for the work they provide. If he doesn’t feel he with what he gets paid he deserves a raise. I will be requesting him specifically moving forward. Roy's Plumbing is fantastic! Everyone from the women who answer the phone to the technicians are so helpful and professional and pleasant. I just love them! Nathan did a wonderful job on the drywall repair on the ceiling in my bathroom. I've had them in before, for my hot water tank, and will definitely keep them on speed dial for any other repairs I need in the home! I trust them to do great work at a great price! Rob Nolan, estimator, was knowledgeable & honest. He went out of his way to help us get the best deal out there right now…60 months 0% interest with a 10 year warranty with service. I was so comfortable with our visit with Rob from 2pm-4pm, I proceeded with installing A/C, purchasing a new furnace & a new hot water heater…AND Rob arranged for Frank Aquino’s team to start at 8am the very next day!! WOW!! Frank & his team were very professional, and courteous. (They were so thankful that I fed them lunch.) Everything went very smoothly & they completed the big job within 8 hours. Working with Roys was great, from scheduling to finishing the job. They were able to provide an estimate, schedule and finish the job in a weeks time! Dan and the Austins did a fantastic job! 😄They had to replace the main drainage pipe in our home. Dan was great at answering all our questions and explaining everything after the job was done. It was a big job and they got it done in less than a day...everyone very nice, efficient and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend!

Josh B. Did a very detailed plumbing inspection for us. He gave us all his recommendations with an explanation (and data) on why. LOVED the low pressure but thoughtful recommendations. Exactly what you are looking for when you bring in a professional.

My bathroom tub drain has been giving me problems for years. It would either drain super slow or not at all, we had to dump the water after bathing. Taylor came out and he told us that something was blocking inside the pipes stopping it from draining and also we had really old pipes that were clogged with build up. He fixed it within 3hrs, he put in all new pipes and showed me everything that was plugging the drain and all the debris it was disgusting. I am very happy with his services and will be using Roys in the future with any of my plumbing needs.

We had a hot water tank emergency and Roy's took care of us quickly! Matt, our service technician, was quick, informative and personable. We will be using this company and Matt specifically again. Would give 6 stars if it were available.

Team (Nick, Eric, Matt, and Paul) was punctual and friendly. They took the time to prevent soiling my floors, etc., and to clean up fully. Nick told us exactly what would be done as he guided us through the choice of services. Eric gave us a thorough explanation of all that had been done. Matt explained how to operate the new electonic thermostat, and Paul was polite and fast as he installed the fire detectors. Have worked with Roy's before, and if needed will certainly do it again. I would highly recommend Roy's. I had a small electric emergency which involved the fire department. Not only did they move their fully booked schedule to accommodate me they were very reasonably priced. I have used Roy's a few times and Ryan Kelly has been the one to come out. He is very knowledgeable and fast at what he does. He also explains everything in a way that anyone would understand.

Jim McNeil was my service rep. He was very professional and knowledgeable! He took the time to explain the problem to me in detail and what he needed to do to fix it! Quoted a fair and reasonable price and offered an extended service program, ( no pressure) but I did buy it. It made sense for me. If I need more work in the future Roy’s is my company and Jim is my preferred service rep.

From start to finish, you really should Just Call Roy's! I needed a new water heater to replace my outdated almost leaking water heater, and was looking at a water powered back-up sump pump. Jim M. came over and quoted me for the work, and explained everything in detail before the work began. He explained why Roy's installs the brands which they do, and the benefits that it has for the homeowner. His detailed explanation put my mind at ease, and I knew Roy's would be the ones to do the work. On the day of installation, Jack and Jeremiah were on time, outlined what was going to be done, and got right to work. They were quick and efficient, and I didn't even notice the water was off while they were working (they were that efficient!). The work areas were cleaned after, and I couldn't be happier with how quick and efficient my new Bradford White water heater is (I guess there is something to be said about American Manufacturing!). I hope never to have to use the water back-up sump pump, but I will certainly sleep easier knowing that it is silently protecting my family should my sump pump fail, or the power go out. I look forward to them performing my HVAC tune up!
