Nathan did a great job not only finding the actual leak but also very good with explaining the estimate of replacing our bathtub unit to a shower unit. Just had another great experience with Roy’s! We’ve had several things addressed over the past year and are always so happy with the service Roy’s provides. Josh B is the best: he’s super professional, knowledgeable and experienced, and pragmatic. He fixed our drain issue and talked us through how our system is set up: the good, the bad and the ugly. I’m thrilled (and relieved) to have a trusted expert like Josh to help us with our plumbing issues from now on!

Jim was kind, personable, and clean. He explained the process of fixing our clogged kitchen sink, how it became clogged, installed an air valve to minimize clogs where the dishwasher hose joins the pipe to the kitchen sink, and how to maintain our pipes. We were given advice and provided quotes for our plumbing needs. What makes Jim exceptional, is that he took the time to circle back to our home to address an issue with our dishwasher (it still had not drained). Appliance repair doesn’t not fall under the list of services at Roy’s, but he wanted to ensure it wasn’t a plumbing issue. Unfortunately, the dishwasher is broken due to a piece of glass getting stuck in the drainage system. We are very pleased with the service we received and will continue to use Roy’s in the future.

My technician Nick was on time, courteous and professional. They did an amazing job and cleaned up everything. Looks souch better and is easier to use!! I would highly recommend Roy's, as well as their technicians.

Plumber Josh B w Ed went above and beyond and stayed on our problem until is was operating ‘normally’. We had nearly 3’ of water and he got the resources to get it gone. Installed sump pump and we’re drying out.

Quick response all the way around. Didn't know they did air conditioning tune ups or electric. Had a issue with a hot ground wire. Found where it was coming from, fixed it quick. Great job.

Today, we had to call Roy’s for an overflowing toilet. We had previously been told that our concrete slab would have to be ripped apart to access and replace the plumbing under our house. Needless to say, we were very anxious about what might be found. Josh came out and immediately eased our anxiety by assuring us that he would look for the most appropriate and least invasive solution possible. He was nothing but professional and courteous. He took his time diagnosing the problem and was able to address the issue for us without trying to sell us on unnecessary services. He showed us video of our new cleared plumbing to reassure us that the problem was fixed, he even gave us advice on how to avoid issues in the future. I would definitely recommend Roy’s. After our service today, I asked if they could always send Josh to our house in the future, He was great!

Called Roy's for a second opinion. Thank goodness. First company quoted 17,500.00 to dig up driveway and replace collapsed sewer line. Roy's sent out Jason who had line cleared in 30 minutes. Tree roots were the issue. Jason was punctual, knowledgeable and does not work off commission. I highly recommend Roy's and Jason.

Very pleased with my new heating and AC unit installed this Fall. Joe Z and his team were great - got everything done in a day and had everything cleaned up and explained the thermostat etc before leaving. It's a lot of money but going into a Buffalo winter it is worth every dime Service on 6/11/25 (seasonal check) was great. Mike was on time explained what he suggested to be fine and was in and out timely.

Steven Lakes was the expert plumber dispatched to my home to diagnose a problem with the hot/cold water control for two different showers. Steven expertly diagnosed both showers with very little information that I could provide him as the owner other than approximately when the problem was first noticed. Neither shower was the primary one in the house so it was hard to say how long each had been incorrect. He used online resource available to him to come up with an approach that quickly and efficiently identified the root of the problem. Both showers were fixed before I could believe it with very little disruption to our household. I give Steven my highest possible recommendation.

My sump pump failed and my basement flooded with 2 inches of water. What did I do? I called Roy’s Plumbing Heating and Cooling. since it was an emergency, they sent a technician out to my home within 30 minutes of my call. The technician, Nick Fyvie was very courteous and put me at ease quickly by assuring me that he would resolve my issue. And did he ever! He showed me several options of sump pumps they had available, patiently answered my many questions and helped me to choose the one that would suit my needs best. Nick then began the installation process of the new sump pump and quickly had my basement clear of all the water. I can’t say enough about the excellent service I receive from Roy’s Plumbing Heating & Cooling. I would highly recommend Roy’s for any of your plumbing heating or cooling needs!

Roy’s technician, Steven Lakes, not only did fantastic work for my friend today replacing her hose pipes, he was a good samaritan. While he was there I was stranded in the street outside my friend’s home with a dead battery in my car. He offered to assist me in getting my car started. He took time out of his busy day to rescue me and help jumpstart my car. What a gentleman! I even offered to pay him but he wouldn’t take the money. What a wonderful world it would be if more young men were like him. What great employee and testament to Roy’s quality service!

My experience with Roy’s began by 1st meeting Mike who came out to complete an electrical estimate. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable and just as important was customer focused. The install team was Noah and Russ and each exceeded my expectations. They both outlined to me the scope of what each would do and did exactly that. They also were very professional and customer focused and completed a phenomenal job that also included a great cleanup and job completion walk through. I highly recommend Roy’s and thank you all.

We had our bathroom remodeled last summer. Thought I saw a leak around bottom on toilet/bidet. Called Roy’s because they are our ‘go to’ company for plumbing and heating. I've had 4 different plumbing company's come to my home to solve my drain issue and none of them could , josh came over and went above and beyond to solve it the first time in under two hours ! He went in my crawl space to verify if the plumbing was serviceable which he was honest and said it was and went to work ! Roy’s is great! Jeff S came out today to try to find a gas leak issue on my furnace and did thorough diagnostic testing and was able to find the issue and repair it for me! He actually listened to me when I tried to explain the issue and what the gas company told me as well. Monday I had another well known company come out and try to diagnose the problem and they didn’t listen to me and kinda blew me off when I was explaining what the issue was and what the gas company said. They didn’t correctly check the problem area I suggested and said they fixed the problem when they really didn’t! I will only call Roy’s now for my service needs!!

Ryan and Ryan came to install my AC unit in the morning at the time scheduled. They worked all day without taking a lunch break! Unfortunately, because of the old wiring in my over 100 year old home, they were unable to complete the job after working for about 10 hours. They did fix the heat so that it no longer makes any noise when turning on and scheduled another appointment to finish the wiring. They came back again as scheduled and completed the AC installation in about one hour. It all works great now and is SO QUIET! Both Ryans were very professional, nice and informative. They worked well together and cleaned up everything before leaving each time too. Thank you both for your work!! And thank you also to Gabriel Formanski for giving me such a good quote on the unit and installation! Roys is a very customer friendly organization. Highly rated.

Good, be aware you will be at the higher end of pricing if hiring them, unionized, no real itemization on invoice for labor costs. On the positive side quality work and the job will be done correctly.

Had a kitchen sink clog and had to call Roys unfortunately on a week end. Roys sent a technician over on a Saturday and after shaking the plumbing three times, problem solved. The technician Nick was great and took the time to explain everything to me and also looked at other issues and made recommendations. Great job, satisfied.
