Had a scary issue with my electrical that was originally worked on by a different company 5 months ago. Cody came out, he was very polite, respectful; he immediately was able to recreate the problem and he displayed honesty and integrity when explaining what comes next. It's very difficult when searching for someone reliable, and with the experience to do a job right the first time, when it comes to electrical this is extremely important. Currently in the process of attempting to reach out to the original company, wishing i made a different choice in the beginning but you know, hindsight... will call on Roy's for my future electrical as there's more work to be done. I'm very thankful for Roy's timeliness and professionalism. My sump pump, which was around 6 years old, was continuously running and not turning off. I called the plumber that installed it 6 years ago, left two voicemails, and never received a call back. I tried a different plumber- I scheduled an appointment last week that was supposed to be an arrival time of 10 A.M.-2 P.M. I did not receive a call from them until 6:30 P.M., stating they were running very far behind due to emergencies. I understand that happens, but needless to say I told them to not bother coming. I finally came across Roy's and I'm so glad I did. Their phone communication was great and setting up an appointment was easy. They gave me an estimated arrival time of 4 P.M.-6 P.M. I received a call at 4:30 P.M. stating the technician would arrive at my house at 5 P.M. Awesome communication again. My technician Steven was great. He brought coverings for his shoes so he didn't track snow into the house- goes to show the Roy's team pays attention to small details. He inspected my sump pump, let me know it needed replacement, gave me pricing, and performed great work. From the time he came to the house to the time he processed the payment and left, less than an hour had passed. I can't thank Steven and the Roy's team enough for helping fix my problem in such an efficient matter, especially when I left hung out to dry by two different companies.

Nick and his coworker did a great job. It was a bad clog in an underground waste line. They stayed till it got done. The company was eager and concerned with my personal satisfaction… which should always be a business’s policy but it’s not always the case. Thanks 🙏🏽

Sean was excellent. He experienced some unexpected problems and overcame them. I highly recommend him and Roy’s.

Josh B from Roy’s just left. Very personable and knowledgeable. Wish I could say the same about the AI answering service. As a longtime customer of Roy’s I wish I could talk to a “real” person when calling with an issue like we used to.

Had 4 different dudes here..2 faucets, hot water tank, shower valve with remodel...All solid individuals..one tried everything possible to save 80's valve and not replace and remodel...Nice work fellas..

Just Call Roy’s with plumbing technician Josh Butry is fantastic. Service scheduling easy with real person answering phones, super fast follow up, utmost professionalism, clear explanations of options & great price quote (thousands less than another estimate).

Thomas and Matt were on time, did a great job, explained and answered all my questions and left the area spotless ! I'll call them again for any other work I may need.

Chris was polite, efficient and did finished the work in an orderly and quick amount of time.
