Christian was AMAZING! 12/10 and definitely would recommend! We called for an issue with our outdoor spigot and water line. The scheduler (sorry forgot her name) was able to get us an appointment within 24 hours. Christian came out and was very professional, polite and efficient! He certainly went above and beyond for us! Josh Butry came out and replaced my outdoor faucet and indoor shut off valve. He was mindful of the house taking care when he was working. He explained my options clearly and without high powered sales pitch to opt for the most expensive fix. He did a great job. I would recommend him.

Christian just stopped by to help out with a tricky clog in our tub that was giving us problems. He arrived early, even better than on-time. He was fast and professional and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what I can do to help prevent the problem from returning. The price was great and after having a pretty negative experience with Roto Rooter recently Roy's has definitely won my business today. When I inevitably have another plumbing issue I can't fix someday I'll be calling them again for sure!

After having been out of town for two weeks, my husband and I came home Friday night to find a cold house waiting for us as the heating system wouldn’t turn on. I frantically searched online Saturday morning to look for a heating and cooling company that would offer 24/7 emergency HVAC services and found Roy’s. They sent over their technician quickly, who diagnosed the problem, offered a couple of solutions for us to choose from, and installed a new system on Monday! Josh was extremely thorough with the explaination of the problem. He check possible reasons for my problem. He explained every step and was also careful to clean up when the job was complete.

The technician showed up early and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained what he needed to do to fix the furnace and got right to work. I found the technician to be very professional and skilled. On top of that, he was very courteous. We have been Roy’s customers for many years and are never disappointed. Their annual service contract is a bargain too.

Our basement was flooded and we needed a sewer drain cleaning service. He provided that service, while explaining everything to my 82 yr old grandmother along the way. Extremely friendly, even my dog and cat wanted him to stay!
