Roy’s was great with either sending out emergency service when my furnace went out or giving me a prompt appointment next business day. I chose to wait and the service fee was waived! The appointment was set and confirmed that same day for Monday. The technician Jeffrey Steinborn was great! He was professional, honest, and friendly. He took great care to explain what he was doing and the pricing was up front so I could decide what I wanted to do. The fee was very reasonable and the repair completed promptly. I have used Roy’s for several plumbing jobs in the house and will continue to do so due to their reliability and quality work.

He drove all the way to Tranor Road to pick up the parts such a professional clean honest man I’ll do business with you forever just as long as you hire people like Jeff
