Service people are great, knowledgeable , quick and punctual .

I waited over 6 months to review just to be sure I was happy ! Josh came out 2 times for sadly 2 different issues (both big problems) I cannot say enough about how professional and sympathetic he was
He walked us thru every step and the team that came to do the work was also top of the line .. I wish I knew all their names ! Clean

I highly recommend Roy’s- everyone from their sales department to their installation installation crew. We installed a tankless hot water tank and they were great explaining to us the differences between different types of heating units. We highly recommend them and we will definitely call them again for all plumbing /heating needs.

Josh came out replaced both gas flex line and shut off valve for the gas. Professional, polite and explained exactly what he needed to do. Amazing knowledge. Thanks for sending Josh. That’s what makes Roy’s.

Christian was awesome. What a polite and competent young man. He wore booties over his shoes to protect our home. He was efficient and knowledgeable. Our drain problem was fixed in no time. He cleaned up everything ! I would highly recommend him.

Very professional, had a problem with the water going from my sump pump to the road pipe, after a brief inspection they determined that the drain pipe going to the road underground was blocked. Long story short, they replaced the pipe in a timely manner. Couldn't be more happy with the work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

5 stars to Daunte Jeter who fixed the backup of our dishwasher not draining he changed some pipes and he did an excellent job and is very knowledgeable of what he was doing and very nice....5 stars goes to Jeff Steinborn who recently came to our house to make sure our furnace will function this winter. 😁👍 Every employee who has come to our house to do work have always done a very efficient job😁👍
