The plumber, Nick, offered clear, detailed information regarding current situation. We thought we needed a plumber (dropped comb down toilet) After checking, all systems were functioning. If potential needs arise, we will definitely call Roy's. Very pleased with the professional, yet also friendly, service. Would recommend Roy's to family /friends. We purchased membership program. Very friendly, explained everything that they were doing throughout the entire job. They cleaned up and made sure that we were happy with everything before they left.

Both the installers were personable and polite. I’d say they were efficient also, although nothing to compare it to. Overall we were happy with Roy’s.

Tom and Andrew replaced my furnace today. They were extremely professional and explained everything before they left. There was no mess, the town of Amherst came and inspected Midway. I was very impressed with their professionalism and service. This is the second service I’ve had done with Roy’s and they are really the best!

Workers from Roy’s showed up exactly at time scheduled. David, one of the workers, explained job thoroughly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had and was very accommodating to any concerns. Would definitely recommend Roy’s.

Roy's Plumbing is always on time and professional. Nick was phenomenal. He explained everything he was going to do and did. The job was not as big as estimated. I find Roy's to be the best. I will never allow a KNOX in my house again. Roy's never treats their clients like a MARK. THANK YOU
