I live in cheektowaga. I had a problem with my air conditioner. I called today and got service today. Person who made the appointment was very helpful and friendly. The service man who came out was terrific. Problem was taken care of in a professional manor. So happy I chose them for service. Would recommend to anyone.

9/15 - Tom Olson came in and installed new water line from basement supply to a new refrigerator. Was professional, up front with pricing, and entertained and answered all my questions. He also helped me set up an additional appointment for the next day.

9/17- Marco and another tech came to install a gas clothes dryer and gas stove. The big box guys were going to have me wait two weeks. Both guys were amazing and finished in a couple of hours.

9/18-Took a shower in The house for the second time (recent purchase) and there was a significant amount of water leaking into the basement. I called Roy’s and they sent Joshua B. And he arrived in 30 mins. Another home run. Joshua systematically diagnosed the issue and again offered up front pricing so I know the cost before the work was done.

All technicians were friendly and empathetic to our situation. With all four gentlemen I felt like I had a friend in the house.

The consistency between all four experiences is a testament to Roy’s positive company culture. I will use Roy’s for ALL of my home servicing needs.

I used to do this work when I was younger and these guys know what they're doing. Great crew. We're in and out in 5 hours replacing storm drain and bubbler. Completely back filled with stone, replace the dirt and raked lawn out. Was very impressed how they bored under the existing sidewalk and never had to disturb it. I had three contractor estimates and I'm glad I went with Roy's. Others wanted to replace the concrete pad at an additional $500. I give you guys 5 1/2 Stars.

Had a broken pipe in my kitchen , As we live in a slab no basement that menth they had to jackhammer my floor to find the broken pipe. Yikes. They came in ,2 men they were just great they hammered the floor found and fixed the pipe replaced it and then put concrete over the floor hole. they were very nice and professional , knew their stuff for sure and cleaned up so you would never know my floor had a hole in it. Also the man who (Jason) set this up and told us what had to be done first was wonderful too. Very pleasant. So we are thrilled with Roy"s so if you need a good plumber try them I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Yearly service, Ryan was very polite & professional. Did his job & was on his way. Would recommend him to everyone.

I am very pleased with the crew who worked to install my furnace and AC unit. They worked as a team and were efficient, professional, courteous and personable. Clear and concise instructions were given on the products. I will continue to be a loyal client of Roy's. Excellent company.

Josh was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through all options and even solutions to potential future problems. I will only use Roy’s from now on because every time I have in the past there has been a technician as skilled and honest as Josh. Roy’s also never upsells when they are doing even small jobs.

Very informative very friendly

Josh Butry, Plumbing Technician was amazing. From the moment he walked in our house and took a look at our hot water tank assessed it, and got the pilot light going for a few minutes until it went out again, he observed something else was going. He explained what was happening and went over a few other concerns/issues in our home that need to be taken care. Service was outstanding!!! Very grateful. Thank you!

I highly recommend Roy’s- everyone from their sales department to their installation installation crew. We installed a tankless hot water tank and they were great explaining to us the differences between different types of heating units. We highly recommend them and we will definitely call them again for all plumbing /heating needs.
