Plumbing leak repair under bathroom sink, and faucet installation. Josh Butry did a great job of explaining all scenarios and outcomes, explained pricing so there were no surprises. Did an excellent job fixing the leak and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked properly. Highly recommend Josh.

Though I was disappointed to hear that my homes plumbing was not so great. Nick did a great job getting everything working again and explaining what was needed and about possible future issues

Dennis was very friendly from the moment he arrived. He answered all my questions and we even had small talk. Always courteous, he knew the equipment and filled me in on its workings. Dennis also informed me of regular maintenance needed. Very helpful.

They did an awesome job. Replaced furnace and added central air conditioning. Also replaced hot water. On time professional and reasonably priced.

Christian was AMAZING! 12/10 and definitely would recommend! We called for an issue with our outdoor spigot and water line. The scheduler (sorry forgot her name) was able to get us an appointment within 24 hours. Christian came out and was very professional, polite and efficient! He certainly went above and beyond for us! We would absolutely recommend Roy's to anyone we know looking for help with plumbing, heating or cooling! Thank you!

Josh Butry came out and replaced my outdoor faucet and indoor shut off valve. He was mindful of the house taking care when he was working. He explained my options clearly and without high powered sales pitch to opt for the most expensive fix. He did a great job. I would recommend him.

Christian just stopped by to help out with a tricky clog in our tub that was giving us problems. He arrived early, even better than on-time. He was fast and professional and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and what I can do to help prevent the problem from returning. The price was great and after having a pretty negative experience with Roto Rooter recently Roy's has definitely won my business today. When I inevitably have another plumbing issue I can't fix someday I'll be calling them again for sure!
