Joashua Butry- Knowledgable and courteous. Amazing explanation and had answers for everything. Helped with our anxiety through the process of diagnosis to what was needed for the new tank. Would like if he were the continued plumbing rep for our home.
He came to the house to look over everything as the tank was leaking and walked us through a new system.
The price was reasonable for a system switch over to electric water tank system and everything needed to be up to code here in our city.

Josh Butry was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable about our generator’s issue. In the future, we will request him as our go-to technician -:)

Josh B. Could not have been more thorough. Called for servicing on an existing unit which turned into a costly repair. He explained, in detail, the repair costs and timeline and compared it to a new unit. The new unit was clearly a cost savings over several years, and the Roys membership saved us money and added value of a furnace and A/C tune up and future pipe cleaning at no extra charge with that membership. Josh was professional, thorough, friendly and I would highly recommend him for any plumbing projects, expected or unexpected.

Update 07/29/26 Just had Ben Gallivan and Andrew come out and install a new furnace. Once again, Roy's employees impress me so much with their service, knowledge, patience with all my questions, professionalism, and the care they put into their work! Ben and Andrew were prompt and friendly and went above and beyond!

Today i had an appointment with Roy's to troubleshoot my AC unit. Manny was the repair technician that arrived right on time and was very friendly and he was able to diagnose the issue with the AC unit right away and he explained everything to me and what repair needed to be made to get the AC running efficiently again. He was very professional and very detailed in his repair and the price was fair for what needed to be replaced and when Manny was finished with the repair he explained what he did and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. While he was here he also set an appointment for a furnace check up in the fall. I appreciate Manny's professionalism and attention to detail with my appointment today thank you so much ☺️
