I requested service to look at my AC unit airflow and 2 individuals came out. Dennis and his colleague were highly knowledgeable, thorough, and did not try to find problems just to sell new equipment which other companies do. They identified a potential diffuser issue that could be contributing to my issues and made several recommendations that I could explore if the issue persisted. They were also able to send out the techs in less than 24 hrs which is highly appreciated. Given how great the service was I signed up to become a member and will be using Roy’s for future HavAC services.

Sean the technician is the best - he's been by our home a number of times and has always been fair in his assessments, helpful in explaining everything, and did an excellent job replacing our side spicket most recently! 10/10, thank you Sean (and Roy's)!

Roy’s sent their “A” team to replace my broken sewer line. What an incredible bunch of 5 guys. The expression “say what you mean, mean what you say” holds true here. They were timely, efficient, hardworking and skilled. What a kind bunch of guys. I highly reccomend them to my Senior group. They are great!

Review update—Roys were extremely professional while working out the contract. We came to an agreement. The contract was agreed upon and will be moving on with working with Roys. They had the best price, and I'm very happy with the outcome. Cant wait for the project to be completed

Josh Butry did an excellent job explaining our options for a whole home water filtration system without any pushy sales techniques. He was very informative and did not pressure us into anything. He was great to work with!

Plumbing leak repair under bathroom sink, and faucet installation. Josh Butry did a great job of explaining all scenarios and outcomes, explained pricing so there were no surprises. Did an excellent job fixing the leak and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked properly. Highly recommend Josh.

Though I was disappointed to hear that my homes plumbing was not so great. Nick did a great job getting everything working again and explaining what was needed and about possible future issues

Dennis was very friendly from the moment he arrived. He answered all my questions and we even had small talk. Always courteous, he knew the equipment and filled me in on its workings. Dennis also informed me of regular maintenance needed. Very helpful.

They did an awesome job. Replaced furnace and added central air conditioning. Also replaced hot water. On time professional and reasonably priced.

A++ (My wife and I are very thankful for the people Roy’s sent out to help us after many phone calls to companies that refused to offer us any help. Josh B. Christian was AMAZING! 12/10 and definitely would recommend! We called for an issue with our outdoor spigot and water line. The scheduler (sorry forgot her name) was able to get us an appointment within 24 hours. Christian came out and was very professional, polite and efficient! He certainly went above and beyond for us! We would absolutely recommend Roy's to anyone we know looking for help with plumbing, heating or cooling! Thank you!
