Josh B. And Owen H. Did our plumbing repair. They arrived on schedule, both very courteous and knowledgeable. They listened to our concerns and provided excellent service at a fair price. We had great service starting with our initial call to set up appointment with Kelsey and from both the technicians who came into our home. We will use Roy’s again and highly recommend.

Everything about my experience with Roy’s is positive. The original estimator who came out, and the three man crew who did the job All highly professional. Did their work impeccably, as promised, no hidden charges or add-ons like with so many contractors, they cleaned up after they were done. Top-notch. Angelo, Joel and Kyle were the contractors and if I need more work at my house, I’m going to request that specific crew. A+.

Michael Murphy did an amazing job with the estimate. Angelo and Danny did a fantasic job with installing an upgraded service outside and inside in January. very polite and nice. will have them back when i need more work.

Manny was wonderful. Checked out our radiator system in an old house and identified a plumbing problem. Bleed all the radiators and was very kind and explained everything to my mom and me.

I had a leaky faucet in the bathroom. Evan was my plumbing technician. He explained everything to me as to why this was happening. He then proceeded to let me know what was the best way to fix this issue. He also explained that the shut off under the counter was not working properly. He changed the faucet and replaced the 2 shut offs under the counter. Everything working properly now. Clean up completed. Before Evan did any work he explained and priced out all my options. Very through. Job completed very happy to have such a polite repair man that also respected my property. Thank you Roy’s Plumbing and Evan.
