Bob & Jeremiah arrived on time, were friendly & professional. Roy's protocol of notifying us in advance of their arrival with photos of who to expect was very comforting. They were efficient & kept us informed throughout the whole process of replacing all waste lines for tub & toilet. & installing a new water heater. The walkthrough was thorough & comprehensive. All work was done in less than the four hours estimated & to our satisfaction. Great job guys & thank you to Roy's Plumbing! Ray & Cody were prompt, professional & friendly. They were in & out in no time, cleaned up everything & left us with new lights over the kitchen sink. Another great job by Roy's team. Thank you again! Roy’s was amazing when our furnace bit the dust. They were able to get out same day and diagnose the problem an had a team out (on a holiday during a snowstorm no less) to come out and install the new unit. All of the employees we have worked with throughout the process have been extremely pleasant and respectful of our home. Hopefully no other huge jobs will be needed for a while but I appreciate their speed and service.

Josh Butry from Roy’s came out to assess my sump pump issues. He clearly explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He was polite and very professional. He also had the keen sense to detect a gas leak I had in my fireplace. His experience and knowledge and action may have prevented a tragedy or disaster. I’m an ever so grateful for him.
