Update 07/29/26 Just had Ben Gallivan and Andrew come out and install a new furnace. Once again, Roy's employees impress me so much with their service, knowledge, patience with all my questions, professionalism, and the care they put into their work! Ben and Andrew were prompt and friendly and went above and beyond!

Today i had an appointment with Roy's to troubleshoot my AC unit. Manny was the repair technician that arrived right on time and was very friendly and he was able to diagnose the issue with the AC unit right away and he explained everything to me and what repair needed to be made to get the AC running efficiently again. He was very professional and very detailed in his repair and the price was fair for what needed to be replaced and when Manny was finished with the repair he explained what he did and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. While he was here he also set an appointment for a furnace check up in the fall. I appreciate Manny's professionalism and attention to detail with my appointment today thank you so much ☺️

I woke up to a broken air conditioner and immediately called Roy’s. They were able to come out same day. The service technician Ryan Bigelow was very polite, friendly and helpful. He offered me options to replace the parts in my very old unit, but I’m going to opt to purchase a new one since the unit is so outdated. Ryan was able to schedule someone to come out same day to price a new unit for me. I’m very pleased with the efficient turnaround and look forward to using Roy’s to install my new unit.

We used Roy’s for the first time to replace an old sump pump, our tech,Josh showed up early, friendly, polite, respectful and very knowledgeable! He explained options, answered questions readily and did not try any “ up sales “ and let us chose what we were comfortable with! Pricing was fair in our estimations.

Josh was on time, quick, thorough and very easy to talk to. He explained everything and the estimate had no add ins when he was finished. Highly recommended!

Josh Butry was our tech and I highly recommend him. We’ve had other company techs here for quotes but they do not compare to Josh’s professionalism and knowledge. He is very thorough, explains everything and quoted reasonable pricing and service dates. Roy’s also offer a yearly membership for discounted services.

Good experience knowledgeable technician being Josh BUTRY

I had two separate appointments, one to install a GFCI outlet and a second for A/C maintenance. Nick installed the outlet, did a great job. Dominik completed a/c maintenance, also did a great job! Both were friendly, explained every step of the process, explained pricing and any recommendations. Friendly, on time and a reasonable price for the work completed. Highly recommend and will be calling Roy’s for future needs.

Tim our plumber showed on time and explained what he was going to do to solve our problem. His solution was 10 times better than mine. He told us the price once I signed off, he immediately started work and finished in the time period he told us. Everything was cleaned up.

Roy's accommodated my request for a later time window and I was notified when the technician was on the way. Josh B arrived and attacked the problem from every possible angle. He narrowed down the issue and offered multiple solutions. We don't know which we will go ahead with, but Josh provided us with what we need to make an informed decision. Recommended!
