Super, super pleased. Jeff was absolutely amazing. He quickly identified the problem and resolved it quickly. Jeff was very professional in every aspect. Exceptional customer service from the moment I called. I got timely updates and the price was more than fair. I used Roys one time before and It happened that Jeff was the tech. Same experience then as now.

Called Roy’s for water heater quote. Josh B came to the house explained everything and what needed to be done showed all the options we could go with and didn’t push anything. Highly recommend and ask for Josh won’t be disappointed! Noah came over next day had me up and running in no time!

Roy's offered me great service when I had to make changes due to a safety factor in my house. They installed a new water heater and furnace that both vented outside. From Gabriel who recommended the fix to the crew that fixed it, all very professional, friendly and very timely service
