Roys came out to give me an estimate to repair my sump pump line outside. Josh Butry was the technician who came out. Roy’s Plumbing completed a gas line removal/capping for a utility line we no longer needed. Josh B. was great— knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. And we got some feedback about our other plumbing items that we’ll have the team back for in the future.

Tyler completed a full plumbing inspection and installed a new trap for the tub and replaced the shower head. Other items recommended and estimates provided by Tyler. Amazing job on all the projects we have done so far. From electric to installing ac heat and hot water tank. To last weekend snake our drain to find a plug that has caused us headaches for last 6 months that another company dropped down there and didnt mention. This group comes to play and actually cares about their customers. Looking forward to long standing relationship with this company First discovered them at the buffalo home show as precious company we were using didnt do electric work. They came in and we thought we just had simple problem with our electricity tripping in our kitchen. I requested service to look at my AC unit airflow and 2 individuals came out. Dennis and his colleague were highly knowledgeable, thorough, and did not try to find problems just to sell new equipment which other companies do. They identified a potential diffuser issue that could be contributing to my issues and made several recommendations that I could explore if the issue persisted. They were also able to send out the techs in less than 24 hrs which is highly appreciated. Given how great the service was I signed up to become a member and will be using Roy’s for future HavAC services.

Roy’s sent their “A” team to replace my broken sewer line. What an incredible bunch of 5 guys. The expression “say what you mean, mean what you say” holds true here. Review update—Roys were extremely professional while working out the contract. We came to an agreement. The contract was agreed upon and will be moving on with working with Roys. They had the best price, and I'm very happy with the outcome. Cant wait for the project to be completed
