Top notch service. On time, very professional. The crew was friendly, competent and respectful. They took extra care to ensure the work areas were clean and as little snow tracked in as possible. Hardwired smart-home smoke detectors were installed to specification and work perfectly.

Ryan was very polite and knowledgeable man l ask a lot of questions and politely answered all of them. Roy’s will always get my business in the future.

He did marvelous work explaining everything. He was meticulous. Working under adverse conditions and in 6 to 8 inches of water. Thank you Roy's and thank you Thomas. Roy’s was amazing when our furnace bit the dust. They were able to get out same day and diagnose the problem an had a team out (on a holiday during a snowstorm no less) to come out and install the new unit. All of the employees we have worked with throughout the process have been extremely pleasant and respectful of our home. Hopefully no other huge jobs will be needed for a while but I appreciate their speed and service.

Josh Butry from Roy’s came out to assess my sump pump issues. He clearly explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He was polite and very professional. He also had the keen sense to detect a gas leak I had in my fireplace. His experience and knowledge and action may have prevented a tragedy or disaster. I’m an ever so grateful for him.

Tom arrived early and got straight to work on our clogged drain. He was extremely professional and detail oriented - found the issue and was able to get it fixed the same day. What a life saver!
