Dan Stewart is easily one of the most knowledgeable plumber we have ever worked with, and we have worked with quite a few. Clear, no-nonsense explanations of what the situation was and how to solve it in the most efficient and effective way. Plus, he dug through 2 feet of snow to get to a pipe clean-out. Bob & Jeremiah arrived on time, were friendly & professional. Roy's protocol of notifying us in advance of their arrival with photos of who to expect was very comforting. They were efficient & kept us informed throughout the whole process of replacing all waste lines for tub & toilet. & installing a new water heater. The walkthrough was thorough & comprehensive.
