Everything about my experience with Roy’s is positive. The original estimator who came out, and the three man crew who did the job All highly professional. Did their work impeccably, as promised, no hidden charges or add-ons like with so many contractors, they cleaned up after they were done. Top-notch. Angelo, Joel and Kyle were the contractors and if I need more work at my house, I’m going to request that specific crew. A+.

Both Jeff service tech last week and Joe sales rep today were professional and knowledgeable about product. New AC unit will be installed in 1 day.

We had a plumbing issue with a leaky pipe and bib going to the outside. Josh Butry was the plumber they sent and he did a fantastic job. He explained the whole process in a way we could understand, and was honest about all of our options. I would highly recommend not only Roy’s but asking for Josh as well!

Tom Olson just replaced our bathroom faucet and other plumbing for our sink. He did an excellent job! Friendly, courteous, thorough, and professional! Highly recommend all the excellent professionals at Roys! They do all our heating, cooling and plumbing work. The staff is very organized and very quick to schedule you for a visit. 5 stars for Roys and thank God for them!

Shower faucet cartridge leaking hot water into shower. Christian located the correct replacement and did the re-install correcting our problem. 5 stars represents the work and results but not the high price.

The crew from Roy’s were fantastic. We ran into a small problem soon after work started and they pivoted to a solution within minutes and fixed my plumbing. Will definitely use Roy’s again.

Have you heard about the “cold plunge” craze? After this morning, I’m officially out! Our Navien, Inc tankless unit finally gave up after about 15 years of reliable service. The result? A brutally cold 48° shower to start the day. One call to Roy's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling and by this afternoon we were right back to enjoying endless hot water. If you’ve ever been the last one in line for a shower and stuck with a cold rinse, you know the downside of a traditional hot water tank. Tankless systems heat water on demand, which means you’re not limited by what’s sitting in a tank—you get a continuous supply whenever you need it. In a house with four women plus me, a standard tank just wouldn’t cut it. With our Navien system, we can run both showers, do laundry, and wash dishes all at the same time—no one gets stuck shivering! Big thanks to Michael and John for helping us choose the perfect new Navien unit, and to Tyler and Mike for making quick work of the installation. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience easy. (Aside from that one very cold shower. 💦🥶) If you’re thinking about upgrading, “Just call Roy’s!”—you’ll be glad you did!

Our sewer got backed up and Roy's Plumbing came to the rescue. Not only did they clear the blockage, but they also used a camera to inspect the entire run to be sure it was completely cleared. Very grateful for the perseverance to clear out the sludge. Matt is an absolute stud. Just a powerhouse of a plumber with the voice of an angel. I would highly recommend these guys!
