Great company! Installers were excellent. The workers were all extremely friendly and communicative during the whole process.

I had a great experience with Roy’s Plumbing, thanks to technician Josh Butry. He was professional, very personable, honest, and showed integrity in his service, labor, and pricing. Everything was clearly explained, leaving me feeling confident in the quality of the work.

Josh B did excellent work. Really appreciate his workmanship and advice on an old drain line.

I recently had faucet problems and called Roy’s. They sent Tarek Ali. He was wonderful! Polite, knowledgeable, explained everything to me before starting the work. So happy!

Tom arrived early and got straight to work on our clogged drain. He was extremely professional and detail oriented - found the issue and was able to get it fixed the same day. What a life saver! He kept the whole workspace clean through the process and overall it was above and beyond excellent. Thank you again!

Dennis was very thorough in his inspection of my furnace and helped us understand what the status of our heating system.

Josh B was great! He came out to help my grandmother with a sewer problem. Even though the issue was not resolved today (due to no fault of his own as there is a larger problem at hand) he was able to calmly and knowledgeably walk us through everything as well as our options with next steps. He truly went above and beyond and we’re thankful he’s the man on this job!

Dave and the 2 guys with him (maybe Brian and another- can’t remember his name- sorry!) did an awesome job! I had a new furnace installed and Dave explained everything that was done. I also really appreciated that they wore booties over their shoes lol thanks guys! I would highly recommend Roy’s!

I have been very pleased with all our services through Roy’s. We belong to their membership, which I feel comes in very handy!! Nick Orcutt and another guy came to our house today to fix a plumbing leak. Nick was very helpful, very polite and got the job done fairly quickly.

We had great service starting with our initial call to set up appointment with Kelsey and from both the technicians who came into our home. We will use Roy’s again and highly recommend.
