Josh Butry was our tech and I highly recommend him. We’ve had other company techs here for quotes but they do not compare to Josh’s professionalism and knowledge. He is very thorough, explains everything and quoted reasonable pricing and service dates. Roy’s also offer a yearly membership for discounted services.

Josh Butry came out to my house for a leaking toilet. He explained my options to me and then came back a second time to install it. He had the installation done in 40 minutes and did an excellent job. I appreciate his honesty and hard work!

Good experience knowledgeable technician being Josh BUTRY

I had two separate appointments, one to install a GFCI outlet and a second for A/C maintenance. Nick installed the outlet, did a great job. Dominik completed a/c maintenance, also did a great job! Both were friendly, explained every step of the process, explained pricing and any recommendations. Friendly, on time and a reasonable price for the work completed. Highly recommend and will be calling Roy’s for future needs.

Tim our plumber showed on time and explained what he was going to do to solve our problem. His solution was 10 times better than mine. He told us the price once I signed off, he immediately started work and finished in the time period he told us. Everything was cleaned up.

Roy's accommodated my request for a later time window and I was notified when the technician was on the way. Josh B arrived and attacked the problem from every possible angle. He narrowed down the issue and offered multiple solutions. We don't know which we will go ahead with, but Josh provided us with what we need to make an informed decision. Recommended!

Jonathan Marks was amazing!! He was on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We had 2 issues. One was to install a new faucet in a bathroom and the other was a unique issue that needed problem solving. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He also fixed both issues in the same day. He professionalism was impeccable and we would highly recommend Roy’s (we’ve had other technicians from Roy come for our HVAC system, and it was amazing also.) and especially Jonathan for plumbing. Cost was reasonable for the work being done.

Everytime my husband and I go through Roy's, we feel so well taken care of. Josh B. was great! He was kind, understanding, and took time to explain to us what the issues were and what options we had. He also made sure to give us the best price he could which was much appreciated since we ended up having to replace our 30 year old water heater. We will be using Roy's again for any concerns or issues we have moving forward!

Excellent work re hot water heated. Jonathan was very thorough examining the problem and explaining the estimate. Nathan was very prompt, got all the work replacing the tank, removing the old one, and cleaning up. Very pleased I called Roy's!
