Technician, Nick Fyvie was great, very informative and helpful

Update 8/22/25 Adam Rosner visited to do AC/HVAC tuneup. First class service. He was kind enough to wait for co-worker delivery of replacement filters. Service is clearly job one at Roy’s! Update Oct 25, 2024 Josh Butry cleared out sink and bathtub drains. First class!! Very considerate of our circa 1870 home, and so knowledgeable. We always ask for Josh by name for all our plumbing services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update Aug 13 2024 to install new air-conditioning system. Jeff and team did a fabulous job. Five stars to Roys as always. Update July 1, 2024 to fix clogged sink drain The technician Christian was first class, excellent service, always courteous and helpful. These folks are FIRST CLASS…. From the initial visit, diagnosis (old furnace with cracks in heat exchanger) recommendation, estimate, installation and follow up… communication has been outstanding. Punctual, immediately responsive. Quality of work superb. Courtesy and knowledge of all specialists outstanding. SO IMPRESSED!

From Taylor on the phone helping make the appointment to Cody calling to make sure I was available for the tech. To Dennis coming into my home and advising what to do next for my heating system. Overall great experience and will definitely be calling again in the future for any of my heating problems.

Josh B was our plumber. He did an excellent job locating our problem and correcting it. It took several trips but he explained everything perfectly and how he would correct the situation. He worked quickly, neatly and explained everything as he went through the motions. He was polite and took every care to protect our house and furnishings. Josh is our plumber for the duration whenever we need any service he is who we will be contacting. Highly recommend his work.
