Josh B. Could not have been more thorough. Called for servicing on an existing unit which turned into a costly repair. He explained, in detail, the repair costs and timeline and compared it to a new unit. The new unit was clearly a cost savings over several years, and the Roys membership saved us money and added value of a furnace and A/C tune up and future pipe cleaning at no extra charge with that membership. Today i had an appointment with Roy's to troubleshoot my AC unit. Manny was the repair technician that arrived right on time and was very friendly and he was able to diagnose the issue with the AC unit right away and he explained everything to me and what repair needed to be made to get the AC running efficiently again. He was very professional and very detailed in his repair and the price was fair for what needed to be replaced and when Manny was finished with the repair he explained what he did and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. While he was here he also set an appointment for a furnace check up in the fall. I appreciate Manny's professionalism and attention to detail with my appointment today thank you so much ☺️
