Great service from Josh! He showed up on time, provided a clear plan of attack for a leak from 2nd to 1st floor bathroom, as well as a break down of costs. He was able to problem solve the leak with minimal damage and made the repair in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and honest about the work and industry and very personable to work with. Highly recommend.

The needed work was accessed, and an estimate of cost was given. The team worked diligently to finish the job in a timely fashion, and an excellent job was the end result. The team was very polite and professional !

When Rob initially came out, he was efficient, professional, and provided a quote based on what he could see at the time. He quickly coordinated a team to come out shortly afterward to get the job started.
Once the guys arrived, they realized the project was going to be much bigger than originally anticipated. Rather than rushing through the job, they took the time to thoroughly inspect the house, speak with the homeowner, and explain exactly what needed to be done and why. Although the cost changed due to the additional work required, everything was communicated professionally and transparently.
Rob went above and beyond to coordinate a team to return and complete this HUGE job within the very same week. A special shout out to Frank, Eric, Matt, Jason and Mikey, the entire crew who came out to get the job done! Ps pop your collar Frank, you are a rising star in the industry.
These guys were absolutely wonderful. They explained everything along the way, treated both the homeowners and the tenant with respect, and were honestly some of the funniest, most enjoyable guys we have ever worked with. For such young men, their professionalism, work ethic, communication, and willingness to make sure everything was understood truly impressed us.
After two very trying days, with a few minor issues along the way, we FINALLY HAVE HEAT! And so far, everything appears to be working great. 🙌🔥

I called Roy’s for a backup sump pump estimate. Josh B was the senior plumbing tech that came out. Josh was awesome, went over the whole system verbally so I understood what was happening. He was very professional and helpful with all the knowledge he has. He went over every possible option for pumps and their respective pros/cons, as well as their prices. Everything was extremely up front and honest, cannot wait to have it installed. Price was reasonable for the guaranteed professional work and warranty, and the new Roys membership will be a wonderful peace of mind.

Josh came to our home in Clarence after we placed a service call for an exploded bathroom faucet which flooded our home...he showed up on time and had a new faucet on his truck...he installed it and found out it was defective...he went back to the shop and got a new one which didn't fit our application....on the third try he installed a faucet which needed some plumbing to be reconfigured...he spent about 4 hours with us to make sure we were up and running...he absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty!!! We were very satisfied with the end result...kudos to Josh for his knowledge, skills and dedication to customer service!!!

Joel and Brandon were so great! So professional and installed our central air conditioning without a hitch. So happy with the whole process. They cleaned up and everything looks great too⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Weeks later we had Bob Ertel and David Reed and team come back and put in a new Bubbler system to our sump pump. Bill fixed the sump pump itself. Everyone was very professional and responsive. The picture shows how neat it turned out despite the whole day it rained no mud tracks from construction equipment .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Roy’s was great with either sending out emergency service when my furnace went out or giving me a prompt appointment next business day. I chose to wait and the service fee was waived! The appointment was set and confirmed that same day for Monday. The technician Jeffrey Steinborn was great! He was professional, honest, and friendly. He took great care to explain what he was doing and the pricing was up front so I could decide what I wanted to do. The fee was very reasonable and the repair completed promptly. I have used Roy’s for several plumbing jobs in the house and will continue to do so due to their reliability and quality work.

He drove all the way to Tranor Road to pick up the parts such a professional clean honest man I’ll do business with you forever just as long as you hire people like Jeff
