On March 24, 2026 Nick from Roy's came to my house to do a review of our whole house electrical system. He was very polite, professional and thorough. He did a great job, answered all my questions and fully explained what he was looking at. It pays to be a member of Roy's. On March 25, Tyler came from Roy's to do a plumbing review. Outstanding service, if I owned the company he is an employee I would highly value. Very comprehensive review of all our plumping in the house.

The plumber, Nick, offered clear, detailed information regarding current situation. We thought we needed a plumber (dropped comb down toilet) After checking, all systems were functioning. Dennis came out to service our furnace and was very helpful & professional each time. When we need to change out our google nest he gave us his cell phone number to call when the replacement came in. Then later checked in to see if we received the replacement when he hadn’t heard from us. After he installed the new system he stayed to make sure it was up & running. We will definitely request Dennis anytime we need service.

Ryan was excellent and a fantastic representative for Roy's.

Plumber Josh Butry was honest, extremely knowledgeable and experienced, went over all the possible choices and pros and cons. I will be using Roy’s as long as they are around. We have used Roy’s for over twenty years and they always do an excellent job and back their work whether heating, cooling, or plumbing.

I had 3 diffrent plumbing who came and said they cant do the job to them it was too complicated or pure lazy. They made sure to tell us how to DIY and fix the issue for the time being. When we had Roys come out they had no issue to get the job done. Fix an upstairs shower drain leak. And get hot water line into the downstairs baththub. They did a great job ! Worth it. The price was within range for this type of job . We are happy!

Timely service and professional

Josh Butry from Roy's Plumbing arrived on-time and was amazing in providing details of work needed, a list of options for parts & servicing, and he quickly installed a new bathroom faucet. Josh was great at kindly and thoroughly explaining the damage needing repair and the options (and costs). Thank you Josh for everything!

Super quick in a time of panic! I had a water heater leak that was starting to damage my finished basement floor. The team was able to come over within 3 hours of calling. I worked with Don and Dan, both guys were super calm, professional, and did an amazing job explaining what needs to happen, what was done, how to work the water heater, and how to maintain it. They were able to replace my water heater in less than 24 hours!

On time, pro level all the way. On a job that was beyond a DYI project, job was done before I knew it, not a trace left behind besides nice new shiny water lines and a functional outdoor faucet. Definitely recommend. It's worth it.

We had a flooded basement at my tenant's house. I received the call at night and Roy's came to help by 10:00 the next morning. The problem was caused by a buildup of grease, and required a return by Roy's the next morning. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Roy's.

Roys was great! I loved being able to talk to a live rep who answered quickly every time I called and were very friendly. Tom, the tech that came to my house was fantastic. He identified a solution for my plumbing issue quickly and fixed it timely. I plan to call Tom and Roys for all my needs in the future and I highly recommend!

Greg and Jeff (I think those were their names!) did a great job unclogging my outside sewar line from the downspout to the street. Great service, high quality work and buttoned everything up before they left. Even gave me some great tips to keep the line clean! TYSM!

I called this morning with a sump pump, problem that needed to be fixed quickly and was pleased how confident and genuinely caring. Sarah was in listening to my concerns and scheduling a same-day appointment. Christian Fisher did the service call and I was impressed with how clearly and competently he described the problem and what he would do to fix it.

The technician responded to my request for shower equipment repair…He Showed up at the designated time and listen to all of vmy concerns. Talked me through multiple scenarios after his initial inspection. He continued to inform me about everything he was doing throughout the entire process.. I did agreed to the suggested repairs and he completed the project in a timely manner. The gentleman was very respectful and represented his employer in a very efficient/ responsible manner.

Had a kitchen sink clog and had to call Roys unfortunately on a week end. Roys sent a technician over on a Saturday and after shaking the plumbing three times, problem solved. The technician Nick was great and took the time to explain everything to me and also looked at other issues and made recommendations. Great job, satisfied.

Roy's has never disappointed me.They were out to check on my whole house humidifier and make some tweaks to it that will make it more efficient. Both techs were friendly and informative.

Price seemed a bit high since I provided tank but it's done now.The men did a beautiful job.Everything seems overpriced these days.Its done, the wife is happy.

Isaiah and the entire Roy's team were great! They put down protective runners on the floor and wore covers on their feet. Had waste water backing up into the house. Showed up in a timely manner, cleaned the blockage and educated me on how to prevent a future blockage.

I can see exactly why the ratings are so high. Manny was knowledgeable, kind and most of all, he did not try to inflate the price. Nowadays, companies seem to push you into purchasing more and more, rather or not you need it. I feel like I can trust this business. He fixed my furnace quickly and now I feel more comfortable with this company fixing my AC this spring. I dont like writing reviews, but here I am. Keep up the good work!

Everything about my experience with Roy’s is positive. The original estimator who came out, and the three man crew who did the job All highly professional. Did their work impeccably, as promised, no hidden charges or add-ons like with so many contractors, they cleaned up after they were done. Top-notch. Angelo, Joel and Kyle were the contractors and if I need more work at my house, I’m going to request that specific crew. A+.

Had a clogged drain. Josh B came out, assessed the issue and recommended the appropriate fix. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Took care of the issue quickly and explained everything he was doing. Would not hesitate to have him come back if other issues arise.

Fiushed my water heater. Done a great job. Very polite. Had to call Roy's. My basement water coming up the drain. Josh B came out. Josh and Eric B.jetted my clean out pipe. Found my sewer had dropped six inches. Which means had to dig up and get sewer rerouted. Josh did an excellent job laying out what needed to be done. Plus had to relocate my sump pump drain. Got everything together. Next day the whole team came out and got started. One crew in basement. Other crew outside. What a BIG job. They all worked together. Everyone of the guys were great. If I could give them 10 stars I would. You want a job done the right way. Call Roy's plumbing.

Josh B came out to my house to provide an estimate for a few projects. Off the bat, he was professional and explained his background which instilled my trust in his expertise. He was patient when I asked a bunch of questions and gave some advice on items that we didn’t necessarily need to hire him for. The icing on the cake was that he brought in my recycling bin from the street! My husband and I will be using Roy’s for our garage project because of how great Josh was. Highly recommend!

Christian came on time and was very personable but professional. We had a leak from the bathtub down into the kitchen. We thought it was a pipe leak but after asking a few questions and some assessment, Christian determined it was simply water running behind the water spout and on/off plate which was not caulked properly. An easy fix, and the cost was minimal at $22.00 since we have a Roy’s membership. We are very appreciative to Christian and all the technicians helping us improve our home.

Nick, replaced the pressure reducing valve in the house after a water main break down the street caused it to fail. He tested & checked all the possible causes & solutions (the valve failed). He also called for help for an unrelated mini-split issue of one unit humming. Nick is very professional, certious & knowledgeable about his job, and I would recommend Roy's to anyone.

Christian assessed our problem and explained the details and steps necessary in replacing the very old flange and pipe on the toilet. He went above to be sure everything was secure and well done. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and mindful of the area they were working in. They inspected the water heater and Josh explained everything before they started work. I had water in my basement and they came same day to evaluate the situation. They were honest with me about the potential cause of the water and all of my options for remediation. I chose to have my sewer line jetted. They removed and replaced a very old, rusty cap and jetted the line. It took 30 minutes and they were done. I'm very pleased with the service and timely response. I would highly recommend.

Christian provided phenomenal service today! He was kind, patient, and took the time to help address every concern we had. Not only did he replace a corroding pipe, but he made sure to include us in making sure the quality was up to our satisfaction. Christian was extremely neat with his work, and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any sort of plumbing repair or maintenance in their home. We can only hope to have him again if we are ever in need of a plumbing repair by Roy’s. Absolutely love Roy's. Tom (plumber) was fantastic. Assessed, replaced, and cleaned up after. Everything is done to code, and they back the products they use. I have used the electrician side of Roy's. You cant beat great service, honest, and the workers have all been great!!

Most recently, our furnace broke down in the middle of a snowstorm. They came immediately, diagnosed and fixed the issue right away, and were completely fair on pricing—no upselling, no nonsense. We had a very sudden furnace failure on a subzero day. Ben and Andrew handled the installation of our new furnace and AC unit and were extremely transparent about everything: pricing, timing, parts, etc. They even customized our furnace's filter slot for easy filter changes. They were friendly and left a perfectly clean space behind them when they left. Can't recommend highly enough.

Dan Stewart is easily one of the most knowledgeable plumber we have ever worked with, and we have worked with quite a few. Clear, no-nonsense explanations of what the situation was and how to solve it in the most efficient and effective way. Plus, he dug through 2 feet of snow to get to a pipe clean-out. Roy’s was amazing when our furnace bit the dust. They were able to get out same day and diagnose the problem an had a team out (on a holiday during a snowstorm no less) to come out and install the new unit. All of the employees we have worked with throughout the process have been extremely pleasant and respectful of our home. Hopefully no other huge jobs will be needed for a while but I appreciate their speed and service.

Josh Butry from Roy’s came out to assess my sump pump issues. He clearly explained everything to me in terms I could understand. He was polite and very professional. He also had the keen sense to detect a gas leak I had in my fireplace. His experience and knowledge and action may have prevented a tragedy or disaster. I’m an ever so grateful for him.

Dennis was very thorough in his inspection of my furnace and helped us understand what the status of our heating system.

Josh B was great! He came out to help my grandmother with a sewer problem. Even though the issue was not resolved today (due to no fault of his own as there is a larger problem at hand) he was able to calmly and knowledgeably walk us through everything as well as our options with next steps. He truly went above and beyond and we’re thankful he’s the man on this job!

Dave and the 2 guys with him (maybe Brian and another- can’t remember his name- sorry!) did an awesome job! I had a new furnace installed and Dave explained everything that was done. I also really appreciated that they wore booties over their shoes lol thanks guys! I would highly recommend Roy’s!

I have been very pleased with all our services through Roy’s. We belong to their membership, which I feel comes in very handy!! Nick Orcutt and another guy came to our house today to fix a plumbing leak. Nick was very helpful, very polite and got the job done fairly quickly.

Everything about my experience with Roy’s is positive. The original estimator who came out, and the three man crew who did the job All highly professional. Did their work impeccably, as promised, no hidden charges or add-ons like with so many contractors, they cleaned up after they were done. Top-notch. Angelo, Joel and Kyle were the contractors and if I need more work at my house, I’m going to request that specific crew. A+.
