Jonathan Marks was amazing!! He was on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We had 2 issues. One was to install a new faucet in a bathroom and the other was a unique issue that needed problem solving. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He also fixed both issues in the same day. He professionalism was impeccable and we would highly recommend Roy’s (we’ve had other technicians from Roy come for our HVAC system, and it was amazing also.) and especially Jonathan for plumbing.
