One was to install a new faucet in a bathroom and the other was a unique issue that needed problem solving. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He also fixed both issues in the same day. I couldn’t recommend Josh Butry enough! I’ve been in my home for almost 2 years and it has been nothing short of frustrating and exhausting the amount of repairs I’ve had done. I went to Roy’s last year when my water boiler died and didn’t have a second thought when I had a leak in the same room. I’ve been anxious over this issue since I made the appointment but Josh made the experience as seamless as possible. Josh was thorough in explaining what could have happened, what actually happened and what the next steps were! I feel lucky that it was a “small” issue and he was able to fix it in the same day! He also gave me recommendations moving forward! I will definitely be requesting Josh as my preferred plumber!

Aaron came out the next day from my call. My AC was blowing hot air when it was 92 degrees outside 😩, he came right on time and immediately took care of the problem, when he left we were nice and cool.
