Several factors affect the cost of boiler install
Here’s a scenario most homeowners will face at some point in their lifetime: your furnace or air conditioner has stopped working. You call a heating & cooling service provider, and you are told you need parts that are going to cost you a lot of money. You feel like you have no options.
Just Call Roy’s and we’ll provide you with a FREE second opinion. If another service company has provided you with a written estimate within the past 30 days on a specific part, we will provide you with a second opinion on that specific part for no charge. (A written diagnosis from the previous company may be requested before performing the inspection of the failed part.) Should our technician clear the part as functional, a complete diagnostic inspection of the unit will be performed at the time of service for $69.00 to diagnose your system.
If our opinion agrees with the original opinion, we will offer you the option of having us replace the part and we won’t charge a diagnostic fee. Most parts are stocked on our trucks and can be installed immediately. If you choose not to replace the part, there will be no charge for our second opinion.

After you’ve selected the perfect system for your home and applied for financing, if needed, the next step is to schedule out the installation date. Most of the time, we can have an install team at your home with in just 24 to 48 hours after your initial consultation.
Your install team consists of two to three licensed and certified HVAC techs with decades of combined experience between them. The install team will arrive right on schedule, protect your floors with drop cloths and shoe coverings, and get right to work on the installation.
After we’ve thoroughly reviewed our work and tested the new system, we’ll clean up the work site and make sure any remaining questions you have are answered. We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the job we did. So if anything is amiss, just give us a call and we’ll send someone out fast.
