Dennis came out to service our furnace and was very helpful & professional each time. When we need to change out our google nest he gave us his cell phone number to call when the replacement came in. Then later checked in to see if we received the replacement when he hadn’t heard from us. After he installed the new system he stayed to make sure it was up & running. Plumber Josh Butry was honest, extremely knowledgeable and experienced, went over all the possible choices and pros and cons. I will be using Roy’s as long as they are around. I had 3 diffrent plumbing who came and said they cant do the job to them it was too complicated or pure lazy.
They made sure to tell us how to DIY and fix the issue for the time being.
When we had Roys come out they had no issue to get the job done. Fix an upstairs shower drain leak. And get hot water line into the downstairs baththub. They did a great job ! Worth it. The price was within range for this type of job . We are happy!

Super quick in a time of panic! I had a water heater leak that was starting to damage my finished basement floor. The team was able to come over within 3 hours of calling. I worked with Don and Dan, both guys were super calm, professional, and did an amazing job explaining what needs to happen, what was done, how to work the water heater, and how to maintain it. They were able to replace my water heater in less than 24 hours!
