We had to make an emergency service call recently for a major clog in our plumbing that was causing a huge backup and water to come down from our second floor bathrooms, inside the walls, through our ceiling and vents, and ultimately down to our basement. Needless to say it was a mess and a very stressful situation. We were able to get a same day appointment and Josh B showed up. He was amazing. He was not only polite and friendly, and reassured us with his credentials and experience - but did a thorough job identifying and explaining the issue. He was able to get everything fixed for us, and all with a smile and friendly attitude, despite it being a challenging last call of the day on a Friday.
