The communication from the office personnel to the technicians was great. I loved that they send you a email with a picture of the technician coming and a little bio. Jeff was who we had come help. He was knowledgeable and personable he was able to fix our problem and we signed up for membership and before he left he said he would let the office know to set us up for a furnace check. He couldn't have been gone for more than 20 mins and we were already getting a call to set that appointment up. I am so glad we went with Roy's.
