Roy’s was amazing when our furnace bit the dust. They were able to get out same day and diagnose the problem an had a team out (on a holiday during a snowstorm no less) to come out and install the new unit. All of the employees we have worked with throughout the process have been extremely pleasant and respectful of our home.
