I called Roy’s for a backup sump pump estimate. Josh B was the senior plumbing tech that came out. Josh was awesome, went over the whole system verbally so I understood what was happening. He was very professional and helpful with all the knowledge he has. He went over every possible option for pumps and their respective pros/cons, as well as their prices. Everything was extremely up front and honest, cannot wait to have it installed. Price was reasonable for the guaranteed professional work and warranty, and the new Roys membership will be a wonderful peace of mind.

Josh came to our home in Clarence after we placed a service call for an exploded bathroom faucet which flooded our home...he showed up on time and had a new faucet on his truck...he installed it and found out it was defective...he went back to the shop and got a new one which didn't fit our application....on the third try he installed a faucet which needed some plumbing to be reconfigured...he spent about 4 hours with us to make sure we were up and running...he absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty!!! We were very satisfied with the end result...kudos to Josh for his knowledge, skills and dedication to customer service!!!

Joel and Brandon were so great! So professional and installed our central air conditioning without a hitch. So happy with the whole process. They cleaned up and everything looks great too⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Weeks later we had Bob Ertel and David Reed and team come back and put in a new Bubbler system to our sump pump. Bill fixed the sump pump itself. Everyone was very professional and responsive. The picture shows how neat it turned out despite the whole day it rained no mud tracks from construction equipment .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Roy’s was great with either sending out emergency service when my furnace went out or giving me a prompt appointment next business day. I chose to wait and the service fee was waived! The appointment was set and confirmed that same day for Monday. The technician Jeffrey Steinborn was great! He was professional, honest, and friendly. He took great care to explain what he was doing and the pricing was up front so I could decide what I wanted to do. The fee was very reasonable and the repair completed promptly. I have used Roy’s for several plumbing jobs in the house and will continue to do so due to their reliability and quality work.
