I had a leaky faucet in the bathroom. Evan was my plumbing technician. He explained everything to me as to why this was happening. He then proceeded to let me know what was the best way to fix this issue. He also explained that the shut off under the counter was not working properly. He changed the faucet and replaced the 2 shut offs under the counter. Everything working properly now. Clean up completed. Before Evan did any work he explained and priced out all my options.
