Dennis came out to service our furnace and was very helpful & professional each time. When we need to change out our google nest he gave us his cell phone number to call when the replacement came in. Then later checked in to see if we received the replacement when he hadn’t heard from us. After he installed the new system he stayed to make sure it was up & running. I had 3 diffrent plumbing who came and said they cant do the job to them it was too complicated or pure lazy. They made sure to tell us how to DIY and fix the issue for the time being. When we had Roys come out they had no issue to get the job done. Fix an upstairs shower drain leak. And get hot water line into the downstairs baththub. They did a great job ! Worth it. The price was within range for this type of job . We are happy!
